Description
上記実施形態において、電子制御ユニット26は、前記ステップS19にて、図5に示したeABS制御状態フラグ演算ルーチンを実行し、eABS実施状態フラグf_eABS(n)の値が“ON”すなわちeABS制御が実施されているときには、eABS制御状態フラグState_eABSの値を“A”または“B”に設定するように実施した。この場合、現在のeABS制御が開始されて継続している状況では、eABS制御状態がA状態またはB状態に維持されるため、各インホイールモータ15〜18が回生状態または力行状態に維持される。したがって、現在のeABS制御が継続されている状況では、各インホイールモータ15〜18を回生制御および力行制御を繰り返して互いに反転するモータ制動トルクTmrおよびモータ駆動トルクTmcを発生させることがないため、制御上の時間遅れを極めて小さくすることができて良好な制御性が得られるとともに、各インホイールモータ15〜18における発生トルクの反転に伴う異音の発生や運転者が覚える違和感を抑制するようにした。
上記実施形態および第1変形例においては、電子制御ユニット26は、原則、図7に示したeABS制御初期状態フラグ演算ルーチンを実行することにより、eABS制御の初期状態としてeABS制御状態フラグState_eABSの値を“B”に設定するように実施した。この場合、電子制御ユニット26は、図14に示すeABS制御初期状態フラグ演算ルーチンを図7に示したeABS制御初期状態フラグ演算ルーチンの実行に代えてまたは加えて実行することが可能である。
上記実施形態、第1変形例および第2変形例においては、電子制御ユニット26は、原則、eABS制御の初期状態としてeABS制御状態フラグState_eABSの値を“B”に設定するように実施した。この場合、例外として、電子制御ユニット26は、図16に示すeABS制御初期状態フラグ演算ルーチンを図7または図14に示したeABS制御初期状態フラグ演算ルーチンの実行に代えてまたは加えて実行することが可能である。
Claims (12)
- 車両の車輪に電磁的な駆動力または電磁的な制動力を発生する電動力発生機構と、少なくとも前記電動力発生機構が発生する前記電磁的な駆動力によって回転された前記車輪に対して機械的な制動力を発生させる制動力発生機構と、車両を制動するために運転者によって操作される制動操作手段と、前記制動操作手段の操作に応じて前記電動力発生機構による前記電磁的な制動力または前記電磁的な駆動力および前記制動力発生機構による前記機械的な制動力をそれぞれ制御して前記車輪に対して制動力を発生させる制動制御手段とを備えた車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記制動制御手段が、
車両が走行する路面状況を検出する路面状況検出手段と、
前記路面状況検出手段によって検出された前記路面状況に基づいて前記車輪がロックする傾向にあるか否かを判定するロック傾向判定手段と、
前記路面状況検出手段によって検出された前記路面状況に応じて前記車輪に発生させる目標制動力を決定する目標制動力決定手段と、
前記ロック傾向判定手段によって前記車輪がロックする傾向にあると判定されたとき、前記電動力発生機構を力行状態および回生状態のいずれか一方により作動させて所定の大きさの電磁的な駆動力または所定の大きさの電磁的な制動力を発生させる電動力発生機構作動手段と、
前記電動力発生機構作動手段による作動によって前記電動力発生機構が発生する前記所定の大きさの電磁的な駆動力または前記所定の大きさの電磁的な制動力と前記目標制動力決定手段によって決定された前記目標制動力との差分に一致して前記制動力発生機構が発生する機械的な制動力を演算する制動力演算手段と、
前記制動力演算手段によって演算された前記機械的な制動力に基づいて前記制動力発生機構を作動させる制動力発生機構作動手段とを備えたことを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記路面状況検出手段を、
前記車輪に発生したスリップ率を推定するスリップ率推定手段と、
前記スリップ率推定手段によって推定された前記スリップ率に基づいて車両が走行する路面の摩擦係数を推定する路面摩擦係数推定手段とで構成し、
前記ロック傾向判定手段が前記スリップ率推定手段によって推定された前記スリップ率に基づいて前記車輪がロックする傾向にあるか否かを判定し、
前記目標制動力決定手段が前記路面摩擦係数推定手段によって推定された前記路面の摩擦係数を用いて前記目標制動力を演算して決定することを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記電動力発生機構作動手段は、
前記路面摩擦係数推定手段によって推定された前記路面の摩擦係数の大きさに応じて前記電動力発生機構を力行状態および回生状態のいずれか一方により作動させて、前記所定の大きさの電磁的な駆動力または前記所定の大きさの電磁的な制動力を発生させることを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記電動力発生機構作動手段は、
前記路面摩擦係数推定手段によって推定された前記路面の摩擦係数の大きさが所定の摩擦係数の大きさ未満のとき、前記電動力発生機構を力行状態により作動させて前記所定の大きさの電磁的な駆動力を発生させ、
前記路面摩擦係数推定手段によって推定された前記路面の摩擦係数の大きさが前記所定の摩擦係数の大きさ以上のとき、前記電動力発生機構を回生状態により作動させて前記所定の大きさの電磁的な制動力を発生させることを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記電動力発生機構作動手段が前記電動力発生機構を力行状態により作動させて発生させる電磁的な駆動力の所定の大きさは、車両をクリープ走行させるために必要なクリープ力未満の大きさであることを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記電動力発生機構作動手段が前記電動力発生機構を力行状態により作動させて車両の後輪に発生させる電磁的な駆動力の所定の大きさは、前記電動力発生機構作動手段が前記電動力発生機構を力行状態により作動させて車両の前輪に発生させる電磁的な駆動力の所定の大きさよりも大きいことを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記電動力発生機構作動手段が前記電動力発生機構を回生状態により作動させて発生する電磁的な制動力の所定の大きさは、前記電動力発生機構が回生状態により発生可能な最大の制動力未満の大きさであることを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記制動力演算手段は、
前記路面摩擦係数推定手段によって推定された前記路面の摩擦係数の大きさが前記所定の摩擦係数の大きさ未満のときであって前記電動力発生機構作動手段が前記電動力発生機構を力行状態により作動させて前記所定の大きさの電磁的な駆動力を発生させているとき、前記目標制動力決定手段によって決定された前記目標制動力に前記所定の大きさの電磁的な駆動力を加算して前記機械的な制動力を演算し、
前記路面摩擦係数推定手段によって推定された前記路面の摩擦係数の大きさが前記所定の摩擦係数の大きさ以上のときであって前記電動力発生機構作動手段が前記電動力発生機構を回生状態により作動させて前記所定の大きさの電磁的な制動力を発生させているとき、前記目標制動力決定手段によって決定された前記目標制動力から前記所定の大きさの電磁的な制動力を減算して前記機械的な制動力を演算することを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記所定の摩擦係数の大きさは、
前記目標制動力決定手段が前記路面摩擦係数推定手段によって推定された前記路面の摩擦係数を用いて演算して決定した前記目標制動力と、前記電動力発生機構作動手段が前記電動力発生機構を回生状態により作動させて発生する前記所定の大きさの電磁的な制動力との差分値が略「0」となるときの摩擦係数の大きさであることを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項9のうちのいずれか一つに記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記電動力発生機構が車両のそれぞれの車輪に設けられており、
前記電動力発生機構作動手段は、
前記車輪に設けられた前記電動力発生機構のうちの少なくとも一つを力行状態により作動させて前記所定の大きさの電磁的な駆動力を発生させるとき、
前記車輪に設けられた前記電動力発生機構のうちの他の電動力発生機構を回生状態により作動させて、前記力行状態により作動させた前記電動力発生機構の発生した前記所定の大きさの電磁的な駆動力を相殺する電磁的な制動力を発生させることを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
運転者により少なくとも前記電動力発生機構による電磁的な駆動力を用いて車両を加速させる加速操作が解除されたか否かを判定する加速操作解除判定手段を備え、
前記加速操作解除判定手段によって前記加速操作が解除されたと判定されたとき、
前記電動力発生機構作動手段は前記電動力発生機構を力行状態により作動させて前記所定の大きさの電磁的な駆動力を発生させ、
前記制動力演算手段は車両に予め設定された減速度を生じさせる機械的な制動力を演算することを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載した車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記電動力発生機構作動手段は、
前記ロック傾向判定手段によって前記車輪がロックする傾向にあると判定されて、前記電動力発生機構を力行状態により作動させたときは、運転者による前記制動操作手段の操作が解除されるまで前記電動力発生機構の力行状態による作動を継続させることを特徴とする車両の制動力制御装置。
