Claims (9)
- 도전성의 기체 및 상기 기체 상에 형성된 도전성의 탄성층 및 도전성의 표면층을 갖는 대전 부재이며, 상기 탄성층은, 에틸렌옥시드 유래의 유닛을 갖는 중합체를 함유하고, 상기 표면층은 바인더 수지 및 흑연 입자를 함유하고,
상기 바인더 수지는, 우레탄 결합, 실록산 결합 또는 우레탄 결합 및 실록산 결합을 분자 내에 갖고 있는 수지를 포함하고,
상기 흑연 입자는, 흑연(002)면의 면 간격이 0.3362nm 이상, 0.3449nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 대전 부재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄 결합, 실록산 결합 또는 우레탄 결합 및 실록산 결합을 분자 내에 갖고 있는 수지가 그래프트 중합체이며, 그래프트 부분에 상기 우레탄 결합, 상기 실록산 결합 또는 상기 우레탄 결합 및 상기 실록산 결합을 갖고 있는 것인 대전 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지가 상기 흑연 입자에 인터칼레이트하고 있는 대전 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 대전 부재 및 전자 사진 감광체를 갖고, 또한 전자 사진 장치의 본체에 착탈 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스 카트리지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 대전 부재 및 상기 대전 부재에 의해 대전되는 전자 사진 감광체를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 대전 부재에 직류 전압만을 인가하여, 피대전체를 대전하는 전자 사진 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 우레탄 결합, 실록산 결합 또는 우레탄 결합 및 실록산 결합을 분자 내에 갖고 있는 수지의 원료와, 흑연(002)면의 면 간격이 0.3362nm 이상, 0.3449nm 이하인 흑연 입자를 함유하고 있는 표면층 형성용의 도포액을 탄성층 상에 도포하고, 상기 수지의 원료를 반응시켜 상기 표면층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도포액이, 상기 원료로서 폴리올과 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물을 포함하는 대전 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도포액이, 상기 원료로서 가수분해성의 오르가노실록산을 포함하는 대전 부재의 제조 방법.
