도 2는 제조예 1 내지 10의 결과로부터 얻어진, 황산티타늄(IV)과 인산의 혼합물 중의 인 농도와, 인산티타늄의 육각형 판상 결정 입자의 평균 1차 입자경의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 제조예 1 내지 10의 결과로부터 얻어진, 인산티타늄의 육각형 판상 결정 입자의 평균 두께와 평균 1차 입자경의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 제조예 1 내지 10의 결과로부터 얻어진, 인산티타늄의 육각형 판상 결정 입자의 평균 1차 입자경과 애스펙트비의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (11)
- 인산티타늄의 판상 결정 입자를 포함하는 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체이며,
상기 판상 결정 입자의 평균 두께는 0.01㎛ 이상 0.10㎛ 미만이고,
상기 판상 결정 입자의 평균 1차 입자경을 상기 평균 두께로 제산한 값인 애스펙트비는 7 이상인, 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 평균 1차 입자경은 0.05㎛ 이상 1.5㎛ 이하인, 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 판상 결정 입자는 육각형 판상 결정 입자인, 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체. - 티타늄과 인을 함유하는 원료를 수열 합성법에 의해 반응시켜서, 인산티타늄의 판상 결정 입자를 포함하는 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체를 제조하는 방법이며,
상기 원료로서, 황산티타늄과 인산의 혼합물을 사용하며,
평균 두께가 0.01㎛ 이상 0.10㎛ 미만이고, 평균 1차 입자경을 상기 평균 두께로 제산한 값인 애스펙트비가 7 이상인 판상 결정 입자를 포함하는 인산티타늄 분체를 제조하는, 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 판상 결정 입자의 평균 1차 입자경이 0.05㎛ 이상 1.5㎛ 이하인 인산티타늄 분체를 제조하는, 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체의 제조 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 판상 결정 입자가 육각형 판상 결정 입자인 인산티타늄 분체를 제조하는, 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체의 제조 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 수열 합성법에 있어서의 반응 온도를 100℃ 이상 160℃ 이하로 설정하는, 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체의 제조 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 원료 중의 티타늄의 몰농도 [Ti]에 대한 인의 몰농도 [P]의 비([P]/[Ti])를 5 이상 21 이하로 설정하는, 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체의 제조 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 원료 중의 티타늄의 농도를 0.2mol/L 이상 0.6mol/L 이하로 설정하는, 화장료용 백색 안료로 사용되는 인산티타늄 분체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 인산티타늄 분체를 포함하는, 화장료용 백색 안료.
