Abstract
Description
도 1b는 LMNA의 엑손 11에서 GGC > GGT 돌연변이에 의해 활성화된 스플라이싱 작업을 배양된 HeLa 세포에서의 감염을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 하기 중에서 선택된 화합물을 약제로 포함하는, 허친슨 길포드(Hutchinson Guilford) 조로증 증후군 (HGPS), 조로증, HIV 감염과 관련된 조기 노화, 근육 퇴행 위축, 샤르코-마리-투스 질환(Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease), 베르너(Werner) 증후군, 인슐린 내성 타입 II 당뇨병, 골다공증 및 피부 노화, 제한 피부병증(restrictive dermopathy)으로부터 선택된 조기 노화와 관련된 병리학적 또는 비병리학적 상태를 예방, 억제 또는 치료하기 위한 약학적 조성물:
