Abstract
Description
도 1b는 LMNA의 엑손 11에서 GGC > GGT 돌연변이에 의해 활성화된 스플라이싱 작업을 배양된 HeLa 세포에서의 감염을 나타낸 것이다.
도 1c는 돌연변이는 이러한 암호 스플라이스 부위의 선택의 효율을 단순하게 증가시킨 것을 나타낸 것이다.
도 2a는 LMNA 유전자의 엑손 11, 인트론 11 및 엑손 12 부분이 루시퍼라제 cDNA와 함께 융합되어있는 플라스미드를 나타내었다.
