Abstract
상기 가공조제는 염화비닐계 수지의 발포 성형 공정에서 종래 아크릴계 가공조제의 사용시 발생하는 피쉬아이 현상 발생을 효과적으로 방지할 뿐만 아니라 발포 성형성을 개선하여, 고품질의 염화비닐계 수지 성형품의 제작을 가능케 한다.

Claims (8)
- 단량체의 총합이 100 중량%를 만족하도록,
메틸 메타크릴레이트 70 내지 85 중량%,
C2 내지 C8의 알킬 아크릴레이트 10 내지 25 중량%,
방향족 비닐 단량체 0.5 내지 10 중량%, 및
수용성 공단량체 0.5 내지 5.0 중량%가 공중합된 아크릴계 공중합체를 포함하며,
상기 수용성 공단량체는 아크릴아마이드, 1,2-디메틸 5-비닐-피리디늄 메틸설페이트(1,2-dimethyl 5-vinyl-pyridinium methylsulfate), 1-메틸 2-에틸 5-비닐 피리디늄 브로마이드(1-methyl 2-ethyl-5-vinyl pyridinium bromide), 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종의 양이온성 공단량체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 가공조제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 C2 내지 C8의 알킬 아크릴레이트는 에틸아크릴레이트, 프로필아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 스테아릴아크릴레이트 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 가공조제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 비닐 단량체는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, o-에틸스티렌, p-에틸스티렌, 비닐톨루엔 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 가공조제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 공단량체는 음이온성 공단량체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 가공조제. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 음이온성 공단량체는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 소듐 파라-스티렌 설포네이트(sodium p-styrene sulfonate), 소듐 메타알릴 설포네이트(sodium metallyl sulfonate), 2-설포에틸메타크릴레이트 소듐염(sodium salt of 2-sulfoethyl methacrylate), 소듐운데실레닉이세티오네이트(sodium undecylenic isethionate), 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 가공조제. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 공중합체는 중량평균분자량(MW)이 2,000,000 내지 5,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 가공조제. - 염화비닐계 수지 99.5 내지 95.0 중량%, 및
제1항 내지 제5항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아크릴계 가공조제 0.5 내지 5.0 중량%를 포함하는 염화비닐계 수지 조성물.
