Claims (12)
- 열가소성 수지의 가공조제 조성물에 있어서,a)ⅰ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 65 내지 90 중량%; 및ⅱ) 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 단량체 10 내지 35 중량%를 함유하는 중량평균분자량이 200,000 내지 1,500,000인 저분자량의 공중합체 70 내지 95 중량%; 및b)ⅰ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 70 내지 95 중량%; 및ⅱ) 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 단량체 5 내지 30 중량%를 함유하는 중량평균분자량이 2,500,000 내지 12,000,000인 고분자량의 공중합체 5 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 열가소성 수지의 가공조제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a)ⅱ) 및 b)ⅱ)의 아크릴레이트가 탄소수 1~18의 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, n-부틸 아크릴레이트, 라우릴 아크릴레이트, 스테아릴 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 및 시클로헥실 아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 열가소성 수지의 가공조제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a)ⅱ) 및 b)ⅱ)의 메타크릴레이트가 n-부틸 메타크릴레이트, 라우릴 메타크릴레이트, 스테아릴 메타크릴레이트, 트리데실 메타크릴레이트 i-부틸 메타크릴레이트, t-부틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-에틸핵실 메타크릴레이트, 및 시클로헥실 메타크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 열가소성 수지의 가공조제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가공조제 조성물의 중량평균분자량이 1,500,000 내지 2,700,000인 열가소성 수지의 가공조제 조성물.
- 열가소성 수지의 가공조제의 제조방법에 있어서,a)ⅰ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 65 내지 90 중량%; 및ⅱ) 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 단량체 10 내지 35 중량%를 중합하여 중량평균분자량이 200,000 내지 1,500,000인 저분자량의 공중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및b)ⅰ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 70 내지 95 중량%; 및ⅱ) 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 단량체 5 내지 30 중량%를 중합하여 중량평균분자량이 2,500,000 내지 12,000,000인 고분자량의 공중합체를 제조하는 단계c) 상기 a)단계의 저분자량의 공중합체 70 내지 95 중량% 및 상기 b)단계의 고분자량의 공중합체 5 내지 30 중량%를 블렌딩(blending)하는 단계를 포함하는 열가소성 수지의 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 저분자량의 공중합체가ⅰ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 65 내지 90 중량%;ⅱ) 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 단량체 10 내지 35 중량%;ⅲ) 유화제 0.3 내지 2.0 중량부;ⅳ) 중합개시제 0.08 내지 0.8 중량부; 및ⅴ) 산화환원 촉매 0.05 내지 0.5 중량부를 유화중합하여 제조되는 열가소성 수지의 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 ⅲ)의 유화제가 알리파틱 에스테르(aliphatic ester), 알킬 벤젠 설포네이트(alkyl benzene sulfonate), 알킬 포스페이트 염(alkyl phosphate salt), 디알킬 설포석시네이트 (dialkyl sulfosuccinate), 폴리옥시에틸렌 아킬 에테르(polyoxyethylene alky ether), 및 알킬 아민 에스테르 (alkylamine esters)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 열가소성 수지의 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 ⅳ)의 중합개시제가 포타슘퍼설페이트(potassium persulfate), 암모니움퍼설페이트(amonium persulfate), 소디움퍼설페이트(sodium persulfate), t-부틸 하이드로퍼옥사이드(t-butyl hydroperoxide), 큐멘 하이드로퍼옥사이드 (cumene hydroperoxide), 벤조일 퍼옥사이드 (benzoyl poeroxide), 및 라우릴 퍼옥사이드 (lauroyl peroxide)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 열가소성 수지의 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 ⅴ)의 산화환원 촉매가 나트륨 포름알데히드설폭실레이트, 황산 제1철, 에틸렌 소듐 디아민 테트라 아세테이트, 제2황산구리, 및 아스코르빈산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 열가소성 수지의 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 고분자량의 공중합체가ⅰ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 70 내지 95 중량%;ⅱ) 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 단량체 5 내지 30 중량%;ⅲ) 유화제 0.3 내지 2.0 중량부;ⅳ) 중합개시제 0.08 내지 0.8 중량부; 및ⅴ) 산화환원 촉매 0.05 내지 0.5 중량부를 유화중합하여 제조되는 열가소성 수지의 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 염화비닐계 수지 조성물에 있어서,a) 폴리염화비닐 수지 100 중량부; 및b)ⅰ)ㄱ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 65 내지 90 중량%; 및ㄴ) 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 단량체 10 내지 35 중량%를 함유하는 중량평균분자량이 200,000 내지 1,500,000인 저분자량의 공중합체 70 내지 95 중량%; 및ⅱ)ㄱ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 70 내지 95 중량%; 및ㄴ) 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 단량체 5 내지 30 중량%를 함유하는 중량평균분자량이 2,500,000 내지 12,000,000인 고분자량의 공중합체 5 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 가공조제 0.1 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 염화비닐계 수지.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 염화비닐계 수지가 열안정제, 활제, 가공조제, 충격보강제, 가소제, UV 안정제, 난연제, 착색제, 및 충전제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 염화비닐계 수지.
