Claims (16)
- 입체 형상의 그래파이트화 촉매를 유기 용매 내에서 제1 열처리하여 상기 입체 형상의 그래파이트화 촉매를 침탄시키는 단계; 및상기 입체 형상의 침탄 그래파이트화 촉매를 불활성 분위기 또는 환원성 분위기 하에 제2 열처리하여 상기 입체 형상의 그래파이트화 촉매의 표면 상에 그라펜을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며,상기 그래파이트화 촉매는 그래파이트화 금속촉매인,그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기용매가 알코올계 유기용매, 에테르계 유기 용매, 케톤계 유기용매, 에스테르계 유기용매 또는 유기산 유기용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기용매가 1가 알코올류 및 다가 알코올류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기용매가 염기를 더 포함하거나, 또는, 염기 및 물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입체 형상의 그래파이트화 촉매가 상기 유기 용매 내에서 침탄 공정 이전 또는 침탄 공정과 동시에 촉매 전구체로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 열처리가 100 내지 400℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 열처리가 400 내지 1000℃ 에서 수초 내지 10시간 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 그라펜 형성 이후, 산처리에 의해 상기 그래파이트화 촉매를 제거함으로써 상기 그라펜을 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 그래파이트화 촉매가 제거된 그라펜 쉘에 대하여 제3 열처리를 더 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제3 열처리가 1000 내지 3000℃에서 수초 내지 10시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 침탄 반응의 속도 및 시간, 제1 및 제2 열처리시간을 조절하여 그라펜 층의 두께를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 그라펜 쉘의 형상이 상기 그래파이트화 촉매의 입체 형상에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라펜 쉘의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법으로 얻어지는 그라펜 쉘로서, 다면체 형상, 또는, 직경이 0.05 미크론 이상인 원통 형상을 갖는 그라펜 쉘.
