Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 에틸렌글리콜을 사용하여 1차 중합한 분말의 SEM사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3a는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 전이금속 분말을 사용하지 않고 합성한 분말의 중합후 SEM사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3b 내지 도 3d는 각각 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 2차 중합 이후 열처리온도를 700℃, 800℃, 900℃로 하였을 때 얻어진 분말의 SEM 사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 1차 중합후 덱스트로스를 사용하여 2차 중합한 분말의 SEM 사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 1차 중합후 포름알데히드를 사용하여 2차 중합한 분말의 SEM 사진을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 직경이 1 내지 3 μm 크기인 전이금속분말을 다가알코올에 분산하여 1차 중합하는 단계;
상기 1차 중합된 전이금속분말을 당류에 분산하여 2차 중합하는 단계;
상기 2차 중합된 전이금속분말을 400 내지 600℃의 온도 범위에서 열처리하여 전이금속 그래핀 분말을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 전이금속 그래핀분말을 에칭하여 중공 그래핀 볼을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 중공 그래핀 볼의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전이금속분말은 Ni, Co, Fe, Pt ,Au, Al, Cr, Cu, Mg, Mn, Mo, Rh, Si, Ta, Ti, W, U, V 및 Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 그래핀 볼의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다가알코올은 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 트리프로필렌 글리콜, 옥틸렌 글리콜, 테트라에틸렌 글리콜, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 1,2-부탄디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 2,3-부탄디올, 디메틸-2,2-부탄디올-1,2 및 디메틸-2,2-부탄디올-1,3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 그래핀 볼의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 당류는 단당류, 이당류 또는 다당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 그래핀 볼의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 중공 그래핀 볼.
