Claims (17)
- 고분자 전해질 막으로서,상기 고분자 전해질 막이 배위 고분자(금속 유기 골격)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고분자 전해질 막은 공유결합된, 음성 전하를 띤 기능기 또는 고분자 전해질 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고분자 전해질의 이온성 기가 퍼플루오르화된 또는 탄화수소계 고분자 골격 또는 고분자에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 막 고분자는 나피온, 또는 폴리(아미드 이미드) 또는 폴리(에테르 설폰) 또는 폴리(에테르 에테르 케톤) 또는 폴리(에테르 케톤 케톤) 또는 폴리(에테르 이미드) 또는 폴리(페녹시 벤조일 페닐렌) 또는 폴리(벤즈이미다졸) 또는 폴리(아졸)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제4항에 있어서,폴리(아미드 이미드) 또는 폴리(에테르 설폰) 또는 폴리(에테르 에테르 케톤) 또는 폴리(에테르 케톤 케톤) 또는 폴리(에테르 이미드) 또는 폴리(페녹시 벤조일 페닐렌) 또는 폴리(벤즈이미다졸) 또는 폴리(아졸)은 설폰화 또는 포스폰화 또는 도프된 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 막 고분자는 설폰화 폴리(에테르 에테르 케톤)인 SPEEK인 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제6항에 있어서,SPEEK의 설폰화 수준은 70% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,배위 고분자의 단위 셀(elementary cell)은 0.3 ㎚ 내지 15 ㎚ 범위의 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 링커로 만들어진 배위 고분자는 적어도 하나의 포스포네이트 기 또는 카르복실레이트 기 또는 질소 공여 착물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,배위 고분자는 기공 벽의 내부 상에 배위 점 및 물 분자를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,배위 고분자는 MOF 리간드로 만들어지지 않은, 배위 점으로 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,배위 고분자가 20 중량% 이하의 충전비로 막 고분자 내에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는고분자 전해질 막.
- 연료 전지에 있어서의 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고분자 전해질 막.
- 하기 단계:a) 유기 용액에 고분자를 용해하는 단계,b) 공정 단계 a)로부터의 고분자 용액에 배위 고분자(금속 유기 골격)을 용해 또는 현탁시키는 단계,c) 공정 단계 b)의 필름에 용액 또는 현탁액을 붓는 단계, 및d) 공정 단계 c)로부터의 필름을 건조시키는 단계를 갖는, 고분자 전해질 막의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,나피온 또는 폴리(아미드 이미드) 또는 폴리(에테르 설폰) 또는 폴리(에테르 에테르 케톤) 또는 폴리(에테르 케톤 케톤) 또는 폴리(에테르 이미드) 또는 폴리(페녹시 벤조일 페닐렌) 또는 폴리(벤즈이미다졸) 또는 폴리(아졸)이 막 고분자로서 유기 용액에 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서,설폰화 폴리(에테르 에테르 케톤)인 SPEEK가 막 고분자로서 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,SPEEK의 설폰화 수준은 70% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
