- 기판 위에 트랜지스터와 발광소자를 갖는 화소부와,
상기 기판 위의 드라이버 IC와,
상기 발광소자의 열화를 보정하는 수단을 구비하고,
상기 열화를 보정하는 수단은 회로를 포함하고,
상기 회로는 제 2 발광소자, 전류원 및 증폭회로를 포함하고,
상기 발광소자는 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극과, 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이의 전계 발광층을 포함하고,
상기 트랜지스터의 채널부는 비정질 반도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 기판 위에 트랜지스터와 발광소자를 갖는 화소부와,
상기 기판 위의 드라이버 IC와,
