Claims (6)
- 일반식 LimMxM'yM"zO2(단, M은 Co, Ni, Mn으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M'는 Al, Cr, V, Fe, Cu, Zn, Sn, Ti, Mg, Sr, B, Ga, In, Si, Ge로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M"는 Mg, Ca, B, Ga로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이며, 또한, 0.9≤x<1이고, 0.001≤y≤0.5이고, 0≤z≤0.5이고, 0.5≤m임)로 나타내는 화합물과, 일반식 LixMn2-yMayO4(단, x의 값은 0.9≤x, y의 값은 0.01≤y≤0.5의 범위로 하고, Ma은 Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Al, Sn, Cr, V, Ti, Mg, Ca, Sr, B, Ga, In, Si, Ge 중 하나 또는 복수로 함)로 나타내는 리튬 망간 복합 산화물과의 혼합 재료를 사용하는 양극과,음극 활성 물질로서 리튬 금속, 리튬 합금, 또는 리튬을 흡장(吸藏), 탈리(脫離)할 수 있는 재료 중 적어도 1종류 이상을 함유하는 음극과,비수전해질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,리튬과, 니켈과, 니켈 이외의 금속 원소 및 붕소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제 2 원소와, 산소를 포함하고,상기 니켈에 대한 상기 제 2 원소의 몰비(제 2 원소/니켈)가 0.01/0.99 이상 0.5/0.5 이하의 범위 내인 니켈 함유 산화물이 양극 활성 물질로서 함유되는 양극과,리튬과, 망간과, 망간 이외의 금속 원소 및 붕소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제 1 원소와, 산소를 포함하고, 상기 망간에 대한 상기 제 1 원소의 몰비(제 1 원소/망간)가 0.01/1.99 이상 0.5/1.5 이하의 범위 내인 망간 함유 산화물과, 리튬 금속, 리튬 합금, 또는 리튬을 도프·탈 도프할 수 있는 재료 중 적어도 1종류 이상이 음극 활성 물질로서 함유되는 음극과,비수전해질을 구비하는 비수전해액 2차 전지에 있어서,상기 양극에 함유되는 상기 양극 활성 물질의 평균 비표면적이 0.2m2/g 이상 1.5m2/g 이하이고, 또한 상기 양극 활성 물질 중에 잔류하는 Li2CO3의 잔류량이 양극 활성 물질의 전체 중량에 있어서 5.0중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 양극에 있어서의 상기 망간 함유 산화물과 상기 니켈 함유 산화물의 혼 합비가, 질량비로 상기 망간 함유 산화물 10 내지 80%에 대하여, 상기 니켈 함유 산화물 90 내지 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,리튬과, 망간과, 망간 이외의 금속 원소 및 붕소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제 1 원소와 산소를 포함하고, 상기 망간에 대한 상기 제 1 원소의 몰비(제 1 원소/망간)가 0.01/1.99 이상 0.5/1.5 이하의 범위 내인 망간 함유 산화물과, 리튬과, 니켈과, 니켈 이외의 금속 원소 및 붕소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제 2 원소와 산소를 포함하고, 상기 니켈에 대한 상기 제 2 원소의 몰비(제 2 원소/니켈)가 0.01/0.99 이상 0.5/0.5 이하의 범위 내인 니켈 함유 산화물이 양극 활성 물질로서 함유되는 양극과,리튬 금속, 리튬 합금, 또는 리튬을 도프·탈 도프할 수 있는 재료 중 적어도 1종류 이상이 음극 활성 물질로서 함유되는 음극과,비수전해질을 구비하는 비수전해액 2차 전지에 있어서,상기 음극에 함유되는 상기 음극 활성 물질의 평균 비표면적이 0.5m2/g 이상 10m2/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,일반식 LiNi1-zMbzO2(단, z의 값은 0.01≤z≤0.5의 범위로 하고, Mb는 Fe, Co, Mn, Cu, Zn, Al, Sn, Cr, V, Ti, Mg, Ca, Sr, B, Ga, In, Si, Ge 중 하나 또는 복수로 함)로 나타내는 리튬 니켈 복합 산화물과,일반식 LixMn2-yMayO4(단, x의 값은 0.9≤x, y의 값은 0.01≤y≤0.5의 범위로 하고, Ma는 Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Al, Sn, Cr, V, Ti, Mg, Ca, Sr, B, Ga, In, Si, Ge 중 하나 또는 복수로 한다)로 나타내는 리튬 망간 복합 산화물을,질량비로 상기 리튬 니켈 복합 산화물 90wt% 내지 20wt%에 대하여 상기 리튬 망간 복합 산화물 10wt% 내지 80wt%가 되도록 혼합한 양극 활성 물질을 사용하고,상기 양극 활성 물질, 도전재 및 접착제를 혼합한 양극 합제(合劑)가 띠 모양의 전극 집전체의 양면에 피착되어 형성되는 양극 합제층을 형성하고,상기 음극 활성 물질로서, 리튬 금속, 리튬 합금, 또는 리튬을 흡장, 탈리할 수 있는 재료 중 적어도 1종류 이상을 함유하는 음극과,비수전해질을 구비하고,상기 양극 활성 물질을 함유하는 상기 양극 합제층의 부피 밀도가 2.5g/cm3 내지 3.3g/cm3가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 양극 활성 물질을 함유하는 양극 합제층의 공극율이 20% 내지 40%가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비수전해액 2차 전지.
