Claims (18)
- 양극, 음극 및 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리로서,상기 양극은;리튬(Li)과, 망간(Mn)과, 망간 이외의 금속 원소와 붕소(B)로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 제 1 원소, 및 산소(O)를 함유하고, 망간(Mn)에 대한 상기 제 1 원소의 몰비(제 1 원소/망간)가 0.01/1.99 이상 0.5/1.5 이하의 범위 내에 놓이는 망간 함유 복합 산화물과;리튬(Li)과, 니켈(Ni)과, 니켈 이외의 금속 원소와 붕소(B)로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 제 2 원소, 및 산소(O)를 함유하고, 니켈(Ni)에 대한 상기 제 2 원소의 몰비(제 2 원소/니켈)가 0.01/0.99 이상 0.5/0.5 이하의 범위 내에 놓이는 니켈 함유 복합 산화물을 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극에서 상기 망간 함유 복합 산화물에 대한 상기 니켈 함유 복합 산화물의 혼합비는 질량비(니켈 함유 복합 산화물/망간 함유 복합 산화물)로 90/10 내지 10/90의 범위 내에 놓이는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 망간 함유 복합 산화물과 니켈 함유 복합 산화물의 평균 입경은 0.1㎛ 이상 30㎛ 이하인 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 망간 함유 복합 산화물은 제 1 원소로서, 철(Fe), 코발트(Co), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 알루미늄(Al), 주석(Sn), 크롬(Cr), 바나듐(V), 티탄(Ti), 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca), 및 스트론튬(Sr)으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 함유하고,상기 니켈 함유 복합 산화물은 제 2 원소로서, 철(Fe), 코발트(Co), 망간(Mn), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 알루미늄(Al), 주석(Sn), 붕소(B), 갈륨(Ga), 크롬(Cr), 바나듐(V), 티탄(Ti), 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca), 및 스트론튬(Sr)으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 망간 함유 복합 산화물은 제 1 원소로서, 코발트(Co), 아연(Zn), 알루미늄(Al), 주석(Sn), 크롬(Cr) 및 마그네슘(Mg)으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 함유하고,상기 니켈 함유 복합 산화물은 제 2 원소로서, 철(Fe), 코발트(Co), 아연(Zn), 알루미늄(Al), 주석(Sn) 및 마그네슘(Mg)으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 망간 함유 복합 산화물은 화학식 LixMn2-yMayO 4(여기 서, 0.9≤x≤2, Ma는 제 1 원소를 나타냄)로 표현되고, y/2-y는 0.01/1.99 이상 0.5/1.5 이하의 범위 내에 놓이고,상기 니켈 함유 복합 산화물은 화학식 LiNi1-zMbzO2(여기서, Mb는 제 2 원소를 나타냄)로 표현되고, z/1-z는 0.01/0.99 이상 0.5/0.5 이하의 범위 내에 놓이는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극은 양극 집합체 층의 양측 또는 일측에 제공되는 양극 혼합물 층을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 리튬을 흡장 및 이탈할 수 있는 재료를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 리튬과의 합금 및 화합물을 형성할 수 있는 금속 및 반도체와, 상기 금속 및 반도체의 합금 및 화합물과, 탄소 재료와, 금속 산화물, 및 폴리머 재료로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 재료를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 흑연화가 곤란한 탄소, 인조 흑연, 코크스, 흑연, 글래스상 탄소, 유기 폴리머 화합물 소성체, 탄소 섬유, 활성탄 및 탄소 블랙으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 재료를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 4B 그룹의 금속 원소와, 반도체 원소, 및 상기 금속 원소와 반도체 원소의 합금 및 화합물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 재료를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 실리콘(Si)과, 주석(Sn), 및 실리콘과 주석의 합금과 화합물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 재료를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극과 상기 음극은 밴드형 금속 박으로 이루어지는 양극 집합체 또는 음극 집합체의 양측에 제공되는 양극 혼합물 층 또는 음극 혼합물 층을 포함하고,상기 양극과 음극은 그 사이에 미세다공질의 세퍼레이터를 두고 적층되며 나선형으로 롤링되는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전해질은 리튬 염과 용매를 함유하고,상기 용매는, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 디메틸 카보네이트, 1,2-디메톡시에탄, 1,2-디에톡시에탄, γ-부티로락톤, 테트라히드로푸란, 2-메틸 테트라히드로푸란, 1,3-디옥소란, 4-메틸-1,3-디옥소란, 디에틸 에테르, 설포란, 메틸 설포란, 아세토니트릴, 프로피오니트릴, 안이솔, 에스테르 아세테이트, 에스테르 부티레이트 및 에스테르 프로피오네이트로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 재료를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전해질은 리튬 염을 함유하는 전해액이 폴리머 화합물에 유지되는 겔형 전해질과, 리튬 염이 이온 전도성을 갖는 폴리머 화합물상으로 분산되는 고형 전해질, 및 고형 무기 전도체로 이루어진 전해질로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 전해질을 함유하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
- 리튬(Li)과, 망간(Mn)과, 망간 이외의 금속 원소와 붕소(B)로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 제 1 원소, 및 산소(O)를 함유하고, 망간(Mn)에 대한 제 1 원소의 몰비(제 1 원소/망간)가 0.01/1.99 이상 0.5/1.5 이하의 범위 내에 놓이는 망간 함유 복합 산화물과;리튬(Li)과, 니켈(Ni)과, 니켈 이외의 금속 원소와 붕소(B)로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 제 2 원소, 및 산소(O)를 함유하고, 니켈(Ni)에 대한 제 2 원소의 몰비(제 2 원소/니켈)가 0.01/0.99 이상 0.5/0.5 이하의 범위 내에 놓이는 니켈 함유 복합 산화물을 함유하는 양극 재료.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 망간 함유 복합 산화물은 리튬 화합물과, 망간 화합물, 및 탄산염, 수산화염, 산화염, 질산염 및 유기산염으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 제 1 원소를 함유하는 화합물을 바람직한 비율로 혼합하고, 산화 분위기에서 600℃ 내지 1000℃의 온도로 열처리함으로써 얻어지고,상기 니켈 함유 복합 산화물은 리튬 화합물과, 니켈 화합물, 및 탄산염, 수산화염, 산화염, 질산염 및 유기산염으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 제 2 원소를 함유하는 화합물을 바람직한 비율로 혼합하고, 산화 분위기에서 600℃ 내지 1000℃의 온도로 열처리함으로써 얻어지는 양극 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 음극 집합체 층의 양측 또는 일측에 제공되는 음극 혼합물 층을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 이차 배터리.
