Claims (11)
- 액정을 매개하여 대향 배치되는 제 1 및 제 2의 기판과,상기 제1의 기판에는 복수의 드레인 신호선과 복수의 게이트 신호선이 형성되고, 상기 드레인 신호선과 게이트 신호선으로 포위되는 것으로 형성되는 복수의 화소 영역을 구비하고,상기 화소 영역의 각각은 복수의 슬릿을 갖고 또한 투명 도전막으로 형성된 제1의 전극과, 상기 제1의 전극과 상기 제1의 기판의 사이에 설치되고 또한 투명 도전막으로 형성되는 평면형상의 제2의 전극을 갖고,상기 드레인 신호선과 상기 제1의 전극이 형성되는 층의 사이에 제1 및 제2의 절연막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 게이트 신호선은 상기 제1의 기판과 상기 드레인 신호선과의 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서상기 제1의 전극은 대향 전극이고, 상기 제2의 전극은 화소 전극이고,상기 각 화소 영역에는 상기 드레인 신호선과 상기 게이트 신호선에 접속된 박막 트랜지스터가 형성되고 또한 상기 대향 전극에 전기신호를 공급하는 대향 전 압 신호선이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1의 전극의 도전층의 일부는 상기 드레인 신호선에 중복하는 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1의 전극의 도전층의 일부는 상기 게이트 신호선에 중복하는 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1의 전극과 상기 제2의 전극간에는 상기 제2의 절연막이 형성되고, 상기 제 2의 절연막은 SiN인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1의 절연막은 유기막에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 유기막은 비유전률이 3~4인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 유기막은 막두께가 1000nm~3000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1의 기판에 대향 전압 신호선을 더 구비하고,상기 드레인 신호선, 게이트 신호선, 대향 전압 신호선 중 상기 투명 도전막에 접하는 선은 Al를 함유하는 재료로 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 투명 도전막에 접촉하는 면에 고융점 금속으로 이루어지는 층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 고융점 금속층은, Ti, CI, Mo, Ta, W 중의 어느 하나의 금속으로 완성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
