Claims (17)
- 제1 기판,
상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며, 게이트 전극을 포함하는 게이트선,
상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며, 소스 전극을 포함하는 데이터선,
상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 드레인 전극,
상기 게이트선, 상기 데이터선, 그리고 상기 드레인 전극 위에 형성되어 있으며, 제1 개구부를 가지는 유기막,
상기 유기막 위에 형성되어 있으며, 제2 개구부를 가지는 제1 전극,
상기 제1 전극 위에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 드레인 전극을 드러내는 접촉 구멍을 가지는 보호막,
상기 보호막 위에 형성되어 있는 제2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 게이트 전극의 가장자리 중 상기 게이트선과 나란한 제1 가장자리와 상기 제1 전극의 상기 제2 개구부의 가장자리들 중 상기 게이트선과 나란한 가장자리들 중 상기 제1 가장자리와 인접한 제2 가장자리 사이의 직선 간격은 0㎛ 내지 6㎛이고,
상기 제2 개구부는 상기 게이트선이 뻗어 있는 방향과 수직을 이루는 방향으로 뻗어 있는 제1 확장부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 확장부와 상기 제1 개구부 사이의 제1 간격은 상기 게이트 전극과 인접한 상기 제2 개구부와 상기 제1 개구부 사이의 제2 간격보다 넓은 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,
상기 접촉 구멍은 상기 제1 개구부 및 상기 제2 개구부와 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제2항에서,
상기 제1 전극은 판형태를 가지고,
상기 제2 전극은 복수의 가지 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제2 전극의 상기 복수의 가지 전극은 상기 제1 전극과 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 제1 간격과 상기 제2 간격 사이의 차이는 1㎛ 내지 5㎛인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제5항에서,
상기 접촉 구멍은 상기 제1 개구부 및 상기 제2 개구부와 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,
상기 제1 전극은 판형태를 가지고,
상기 제2 전극은 복수의 가지 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제2 전극의 상기 복수의 가지 전극은 상기 제1 전극과 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,
상기 드레인 전극은 상기 제1 확장부와 중첩하는 제2 확장부를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,
상기 제1 개구부의 가장자리 중 상기 제2 확장부와 인접한 제3 가장자리와 상기 제2 확장부 사이의 최대 간격은 1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제9항에서,
상기 접촉 구멍은 상기 제1 개구부 및 상기 제2 개구부와 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제10항에서,
상기 제1 전극은 판형태를 가지고,
상기 제2 전극은 복수의 가지 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제2 전극의 상기 복수의 가지 전극은 상기 제1 전극과 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,
상기 드레인 전극은 상기 제2 확장부로부터 확장된 제3 확장부를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제12항에서,
상기 제1 개구부의 가장자리 중 상기 제3 확장부와 인접한 제3 가장자리와 상기 제3 확장부 사이의 최소 간격은 1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제13항에서,
상기 접촉 구멍은 상기 제1 개구부 및 상기 제2 개구부와 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제14항에서,
상기 제1 전극은 판형태를 가지고,
상기 제2 전극은 복수의 가지 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제2 전극의 상기 복수의 가지 전극은 상기 제1 전극과 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치.

상기 제3 확장부는 직선부를 포함하는 다각형 형태를 가지는 액정 표시 장치.
