Claims (20)
- 제1 기판,
상기 제1 기판 위에 위치하는 그라운드 전극,
상기 제1 기판 위에 위치하는 박막 트랜지스터,
상기 박막 트랜지스터 위에 위치하는 제1 보호막,
상기 제1 보호막 위에 위치하는 차광 부재 및 색필터 그리고
상기 차광 부재 및 상기 색필터 위에 위치하는 전기장 생성 전극을 포함하고,
상기 그라운드 전극은 상기 제1 기판 위에 매트릭스 형상으로 배열되고, 그라운드 단자와 연결되고,
상기 그라운드 전극은 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결된 게이트선이 위치하는 레벨과 동일한 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 차광 부재 또는 상기 색필터와 상기 전기장 생성 전극 사이에 위치하는 유기막을 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 그라운드 전극은 상기 게이트선과 나란한 방향으로 뻗어 있는 제1 그라운드 전극과 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결된 데이터선과 나란한 방향으로 뻗어 있는 제2 그라운드 전극을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제4항에서,
