Claims (23)
- 기판;
상기 기판의 상부에 제1 방향으로 연장되는 게이트 라인 및 상기 게이트 라인과 연결되는 게이트 전극을 갖는 게이트 배선;
상기 게이트 배선의 상부에 배치되며, 상기 제1 방향과 다른 제2 방향으로 배치되는 데이터 라인 및 상기 게이트 전극과 중첩되는 제1 전극을 갖는 데이터 도전체;
상기 데이터 도전체의 상부에 배치되며, 상기 제1 전극 중 일부를 노출시키는 제1 개구부를 갖는 공통 전극;
상기 공통 전극의 상부에 배치되는 불투명 도전성 패턴; 및
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴의 상부에 배치되며, 상기 제1 개구부를 통해 노출된 상기 제1 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 화소 전극을 포함하되,
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은 상기 제1 개구부와 중첩하는 제2 개구부를 포함하며, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은 상기 제2 개구부에서를 제외하고는 상기 제1 개구부와 중첩하지 않는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은,
상기 공통 전극과 직접 접촉하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은,
상기 게이트 전극을 덮도록 배치되는 액정 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴의 반사율은,
상기 데이터 도전체의 반사율보다 낮은 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은,
적어도 일부가 상기 화소 전극과 중첩되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은 제1폭을 갖는 제1 영역 및 상기 제1폭보다 큰 제2폭을 갖는 제2 영역을 포함하며,
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴의 제2 영역에 배치되는 컬럼 스페이서를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화소 전극은,
상기 제1 개구부를 완전히 덮는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 도전체의 상부에 배치되는 제1 절연막;
상기 제1 절연막의 상부에 배치되는 컬러 필터;
상기 컬러 필터의 상부에 배치되는 제2 절연막;
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴의 상부에 배치되는 제3 절연막을 더 포함하고,
상기 공통 전극은 상기 제2 절연막 상부에 배치되며, 상기 화소 전극은 상기 제3 절연막 상부에 배치되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제3 절연막은 무기 절연막이며, 상기 제2 절연막은 유기 절연막인 액정 표시 장치. - 기판;
상기 기판의 상부에 배치되는 게이트 라인;
상기 게이트 라인의 상부에 상기 게이트 라인과 절연되도록 배치되는 데이터 라인;
상기 게이트 라인과 연결되는 게이트 전극, 상기 데이터 라인과 연결되는 일 전극 및 상기 일 전극과 이격되어 배치되는 타 전극을 갖는 스위칭 소자;
상기 데이터 라인의 상부에 배치되며, 상기 스위칭 소자의 타 전극을 노출시키는 유기 절연막;
상기 유기 절연막의 상부에 배치되며, 상기 타 전극 중 일부를 노출시키는 제1 개구부를 갖는 공통 전극;
상기 공통 전극의 상부에 배치되며, 상기 공통 전극과 직접 접촉하는 불투명 도전성 패턴; 및
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴의 상부에 배치되며, 상기 노출된 스위칭 소자의 타 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 화소 전극을 포함하되,
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은 상기 제1 개구부와 중첩하는 제2 개구부를 포함하며, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은 상기 제2 개구부에서를 제외하고는 상기 제1 개구부와 중첩하지 않는 액정 표시 장치. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은,
상기 스위칭 소자의 게이트 전극을 덮도록 배치되는 액정 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 화소 전극은,
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴의 상기 제2 개구부를 완전히 덮는 액정 표시 장치. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은,
상기 스위칭 소자의 타 전극에 포함되는 물질보다 반사율이 낮은 물질을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 라인의 상부에 배치되는 제1 패시베이션막;
상기 제1 패시베이션막 및 상기 유기 절연막 사이에 배치되는 컬러 필터;
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴의 상부에 배치되는 제2 패시베이션막; 및
상기 제2 패시베이션막의 상부에서 상기 스위칭 소자의 노출된 일 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 화소 전극을 포함하고,
상기 화소 전극은 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴의 상기 제2 개구부를 덮는 액정 표시 장치. - 유기 절연막에 의해 일 전극이 노출된 스위칭 소자가 형성된 기판을 준비하는 단계;
상기 유기 절연막의 상부에 공통 전극을 형성하는 단계;
상기 공통 전극의 상부에 상기 공통 전극과 직접 접촉하는 불투명 도전성 패턴을 형성하는 단계;
상기 공통 전극 내의 상기 노출된 스위칭 소자의 일 전극과 중첩되는 제1 개구부 및 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴 내의 제2 개구부를 형성하는 단계;
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴 및 상기 공통 전극 상부에 제2 절연막을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 절연막 상부에 상기 스위칭 소자의 노출된 일 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은 상기 제2 개구부에서를 제외하고는 상기 제1 개구부와 중첩하지 않는 액정 표시 장치의 제조방법. - 제17항에 있어서, 상기 기판을 준비하는 단계는,
기판 상에 제1 방향으로 연장되는 게이트 라인 및 상기 게이트 라인으로부터 연장되는 게이트 전극을 갖는 게이트 배선을 형성하는 단계;
상기 게이트 배선의 상부에 게이트 절연막을 형성하는 단계;
상기 게이트 절연막의 상부에, 상기 제1 방향과 다른 제2 방향으로 연장되는 데이터 라인을 형성하는 단계;
상기 데이터 라인의 상부에 제1 패시베이션막을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 패시베이션막의 상부에 컬러 필터를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 컬러 필터의 상부에 상기 유기 절연막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조방법. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은,
상기 스위칭 소자의 게이트 전극을 덮도록 형성되는 액정 표시 장치의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은,
적어도 일부가 상기 화소 전극과 중첩되는 액정 표시 장치의 제조방법. - 제17항에 있어서, 상기 불투명 도전성 패턴은,
상기 스위칭 소자의 일 전극에 포함되는 물질보다 반사율이 낮은 물질을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조방법. - 제17항에 있어서, 상기 화소 전극은,
상기 제1 개구부를 완전히 덮는 액정 표시 장치의 제조방법.
