Claims (15)
- 제1 화소 영역, 제2 화소 영역 및 제3 화소 영역을 포함하는 제1 기판,
상기 제1 기판과 대향하는 제2 기판,
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층,
상기 제1 기판 상에 형성된 3가지 색의 색필터 및
상기 색필터 상에 형성되며 상기 제1 내지 상기 제3 화소 영역을 정의하는 차광 부재를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,
상기 제1 내지 제3 화소 영역은 각각 제1 화소 전극 및 제2 화소 전극, 상기 제1 화소 전극과 상기 제2 화소 전극 사이에 위치하는 트랜지스터를 포함하고,
상기 3가지 색의 색필터 중 어느 하나의 색은 상기 제1 화소 영역에 형성되는 제1 라인과 이와 수직으로 교차하여 형성되는 제2 라인으로 이루어지고,
상기 제2 라인과 상기 색필터 중 상기 제2 라인과 다른 색의 색필터는 중첩되지 않으며 서로 이격되어 형성되어 있고,
상기 이격된 간격 하부에 유지 전극선 또는 게이트선이 위치하고,
상기 제2 라인은 상기 트랜지스터와 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,

상기 제1 라인과 상기 제2 라인은 청색 색필터로 형성되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1 화소 영역, 제2 화소 영역 및 제3 화소 영역을 포함하는 제1 기판,
상기 제1 기판과 대향하는 제2 기판,
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층,
상기 제1 기판 상에 형성된 박막 트랜지스터,
상기 박막 트랜지스터 상에 형성된 3가지 색의 색필터 및
상기 색필터 상에 형성되며 상기 제1 내지 상기 제3 화소 영역을 정의하는 차광 부재를 포함하며,
상기 제1 내지 제3 화소 영역은 각각 제1 화소 전극 및 제2 화소 전극을 포함하고,
상기 박막 트랜지스터는 상기 제1 화소 전극과 상기 제2 화소 전극 사이에 위치하고,
상기 박막 트랜지스터 상에 형성되며, 전원에 연결되지 않은 불투명 전극을 포함하고,
상기 3가지 색의 색필터 중 어느 하나의 색은 상기 제1 화소 영역에 형성되는 제1 라인과 이와 수직으로 교차하여 형성되는 제2 라인으로 이루어지고,
상기 제2 라인과 상기 색필터 중 상기 제2 라인과 다른 색의 색필터는 중첩되지 않고 서로 이격되어 형성되어 있으며,
상기 불투명 전극은 상기 제2 라인 및 상기 이격된 간격을 덮고,
상기 제2 라인은 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치.
