Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 펀치 프레스에 의해 성형 제품을 가공하는 가공 방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 성형 제품으로 되는 소재의 외형을 따라 공작물에 슬릿을 형성할 때, 버르(burr)를 아래 방향으로 발생시키도록 상부 금형과 하부 금형을 협동시켜서, 상기 공작물과 상기 소재를 연결한 미소 연결부를 남기는 공정,(b) 상기 소재의 절곡 가공부를 하부 금형 상에 위치 결정하고, 상부 금형과 하부 금형의 협동에 의해 상기 절곡 가공부를 상기 버르가 발생하는 방향과 동일한 방향인 하방향으로 절곡하여 성형 제품을 성형 가공하는 공정, 및(c) 상기 성형 제품과 상기 공작물의 상기 미소 연결부에 의한 연결을 분리하여 상기 성형 제품을 낙하시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 제품의 가공 방법.
- 펀치 프레스에서의 상부 금형 홀더에 상하 이동 가능하게 지지되는 펀치 가이드,상기 펀치 가이드 내에, 상하 이동 가능하게 구비되는 펀치 보디, 및상기 펀치 보디의 하단부에 구비되는 펀치 칩를 포함하고,상기 펀치 칩의 하단부에 절곡 가공부가 측방으로 돌출되어 설치되고,상기 펀치 보디에 대하여 상기 펀치 칩이 상기 절곡 가공부의 돌출 방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상부 금형.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 펀치 보디의 하강시에, 상기 펀치 칩을 상기 절곡 가공부의 돌출 방향으로 가압 이동시키기 위한 가압 이동 기구를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상부 금형.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 가압 이동 기구는,상기 펀치 칩의 상기 절곡 가공부의 돌출 방향의 반대측에 형성되는 경사면, 및 상기 펀치 가이드의 하부에 설치되는 펀치 칩 가압 부재로 이루어지고, 상기 경사면과 슬라이드 접촉 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 상부 금형.
