Claims (3)
- 액정분자가 비틀림회전가능한 액정조성물층과,적어도 한쪽은 투명하고 상기 액정조성물층을 사이에 끼워 유지시키는 제 1기판과 제 2기판으로 이루어진 기판과,상기 제 1기판면과 상기 액정조성물층의 면과의 사이의 각 화소마다 적어도 한쌍으로된 화소전극과 대향전극으로 이루어진 전극이 구비되고,상기 화소전극과 상기 대향전극의 사이에 발생되는 상기 제 1기판면과 평행한 성분을 포함하는 전계에 의해서 상기 액정조성물의 액정분자의 광투과율을 제어시키는 액정표시장치로서,상기 각 화소의 대향전극은, 대향전압신호를 통해서 대향전극이 인가되고,상기 대향전압신호선을 공통으로 접속시키는 공통버스라인을 구비하는 동시에,상기 각 대향전압신호선은 각각 상기 공통버스라인을 통해서 대향전극단자에 인출되고, 상기 공통버스라인은 다층구조로 이루어진 도전층을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 공통버스라인은 대향신호선과 일체로 형성되는 도전층과, 이 도전층보다 낮은 저항의 도전층과의 다층구조를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 대향신호선과 일체로 형성되는 도전층은 게이트신호선과 동일한 재료에 의해 구성되어 있는 동시에, 낮은 저항의 도전층은 영상신호선을 구성하는 도전층과 동일한 재료에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
