Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 서로 교차하여 원을 이루는 곡선 형태의 화소영역을 정의하며, 상기 화소영역이 델타 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선과;상기 게이트 배선의 주 방향과 평행하게 형성된 공통배선과;상기 공통배선에서 화소영역별로 원형 띠 형태로서 분기한 공통전극과;상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선의 교차 지점에 형성된 박막트랜지스터와;상기 박막트랜지스터와 연결되며, 상기 화소영역 내에서 원형 띠 형태를 가지며 상기 다수의 공통전극과 일정간격 이격되어 교대로 위치하는 화소전극을 포함하는 횡전계형 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공통전극 및 화소전극은 하나의 중심을 기준으로 한 원형띠를 이루며, 상기 화소영역별로 델타 구조로 배치되어 있는 횡전계형 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공통전극 및 화소전극의 원형 띠 형태는 타원형 형태를 포함하는 횡전계형 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극과 공통전극은 다수개가 구비되며, 상기 화소영역의 중앙을 중심에서 외측으로 제 1, 2 화소전극 패턴과, 제 1, 2 공통전극 패턴으로 구성되는 횡전계형 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 화소전극 패턴은 인접한 제 2 공통전극 패턴과 중첩하도록 연장 형성된 패턴부분을 포함하고, 상기 연장된 패턴부분과 이와 중첩하는 상기 제 2 공통전극 패턴은 절연체가 개재된 상태에서 스토리지 커패시터를 이루는 횡전계형 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선은 원형 띠 형태를 갖는 상기 공통전극 또는 화소전극 중 최외각에 위치하는 부분에 대응하여 곡선 형태를 가지며 화소영역의 경계에서 꺽인 구조를 가지는 횡전계형 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
