Claims (3)
- 폴리말레이미드를 주쇄로 하는 하기 화학식(I)의 말레이미드 단일중합체로 이루어진 광배향재 화합물 :[화학식 I]상기식에서 R은 하기식(Ia)이고,상기식에서 R1은 다음기 중에서 선택된 하나이고,(상기식에서 p=0~6임)상기식(Ia)에서 R2은 다음기 중에서 선택된 하나이다 :(상기식에서 X는 F, H, CN, CF3또는 -(-CH2-)s-(s=0~6)이고, Y는 F 또는 H이며, r=0~6임).
- 제1항의 광배향재를 유기 용매에 1wt%~10wt%의 농도 및 5cps~50cps의 점도로 용해시키고;상기 용액을 ITO 유리기판 스핀코팅 또는 프린팅 방법에 의해 두께 500Å~1,000Å으로 도포하여 배향막을 형성하고; 그리고편광필름(polarizer)을 이용하여 선형 편광시킨 자외선을 상기 배향막 표면에 약 3분~1,000Å으로 도포하여 배향막을 형성하고; 그리고편광필름(polarizer)을 이용하여 선형 편광시킨 자외선을 상기 배향막 표면에 약 3분~10분간 경사조사하는;단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이용 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 클로로벤젠(chlorobenzene), N-메틸피롤리돈(NMP), 디메틸술폭시드(DMSO), 디메틸포름아미드(DMF), 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc), 감마부티로락톤, 부틸셀루솔브 및 테트라히드로푸란(THF)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이용 배향막의 제조방법.
