Claims (14)
- 올리고이미드 또는 올리고아믹산 주쇄 말단 한쪽 이상에 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기를 포함한 올리고이미드 또는 올리고아믹산을 포함하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 올리고이미드 또는 올리고아믹산 주쇄 말단 한쪽 이상에 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기를 포함한 올리고이미드 또는 올리고아믹산의 수 평균 분자량은 500 ~ 30,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기는 말레이미드(maleimide), 네드이미드(nadimide), 프로파질 에테르(propagyl ether), 아세틸렌(acetylene), 벤조시클로부탄(benzocyclobutane) 및 시아네이트(cyanate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기는 말레이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 알킬은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 및 부틸 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 아릴은 페닐, 나프탈렌 및 안트라센 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 할로겐은 F, Cl, Br 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 올리고이미드 또는 올리고아믹산은 디아민과 이무수물을 축합반응시켜 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 디아민은 페닐렌디아민, 디아미노비페닐, 메틸렌디아닐린, 옥시디아닐린, 티오디아닐린, 디아미노벤조페논, 디아미노나프탈렌 및 디아미노안트라센 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 이무수물은 피로멜리트산 이무수물, 비프탈산 이무수물, 옥시디프탈산 이무수물, 벤조페논테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 헥사플루오로이소프로필리덴 디프탈산 이무수물, 시클로알킬 이무수물 및 비시클로알킬 이무수물 중 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 12 중 어느 한 항의 액정 배향용 조성물로 제조된 액정 배향막.
- 청구항 13의 액정 배향막을 포함하는 액정 디스플레이.
