Claims (20)
- 말단에 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기를 포함한 중량 평균 분자량 500 내지 30,000의 브랜치드올리고이미드 또는 브랜치드올리고아믹산을 포함하는 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 A는 트리스아미노페녹시벤젠, 트리스아미노페닐벤젠, 트리스아미노페닐아민 또는 트리스아미노에틸아민인 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기는 말레이미드, 4-에타이닐아닐린, 네드이미드, 프로파질 에테르, 아세틸렌, 벤조시클로부탄 또는 시아네이트인 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기는 말레이미드인 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 액정배향용 조성물은 용매로 N-메틸피롤리돈(NMP), 2-부톡시에탄올, 시클로펜타논, 시클로헥사논, DMF(N,N-dimethylformamide), THF(tetrahydrofuran) 및 CCl4로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 액정배향용 조성물의 고형분의 농도는 1 내지 30 중량%인 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 액정배향용 조성물은 실란화합물, 산화방지제 또는 촉매를 추가로 포함하는 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 말단에 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기를 포함한 중량 평균 분자량 500 내지 30,000의 브랜치드올리고이미드 또는 브랜치드올리고아믹산은a) 디아민과 이무수물을 축합반응시켜 올리고이미드 또는 올리고아믹산을 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 올리고이미드 또는 올리고아믹산에 C3 대칭 또는 C4 대칭 아민을 첨가하는 단계; 및c) 상기 C3 대칭 또는 C4 대칭 아민의 말단에 열경화 또는 광경화성 작용기를 캡핑하는 단계에 의해 제조되는 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 디아민은 페닐렌디아민, 디아미노비페닐, 메틸렌디아닐린, 옥시디아닐린, 티오디아닐린. 디아미노벤조페논, 디아미노나프탈렌 및 디아미노안트라센로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 이무수물은 피로멜리트산 이무수물, 비프탈산 이무수물, 옥시디프탈산 이무수물, 벤조페논테트라 카르복실산 이무수물, 헥사플루오로 이소프로필리덴 디프탈산 이무수물, 시클로알킬 이무수물 및 비시클로알킬 이무수물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 C3 대칭 또는 C4 대칭 아민은 트리스아미노페녹시벤젠, 트리스아미노페닐벤젠, 트리스아미노페닐아민 또는 트리스아미노에틸아민인 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기는 말레이미드, 4-에타이닐아닐린, 네드이미드, 프로파질 에테르, 아세틸렌, 벤조시클로부탄 또는 시아네이트인 것인 액정배향용 조성물.
- a) 말단에 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기를 포함한 중량평균 분자량 500 내지 30,000의 브랜치드올리고이미드 또는 브랜치드올리고아믹산을 포함하는 액정배향용 조성물을 기판상에 코팅한 후 열처리하여 액정배향막을 형성하는 단계; 및b) 상기 형성된 액정배향막을 노광 및 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 액정배향막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 노광 및 열처리는 각각 50 mJ/㎠ 내지 10 J/㎠ 및 100 내지 250 ℃에서 수행하는 것인 액정배향막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 액정배향막의 두께는 80 내지 3,000 Å인 것인 액정배향막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 14의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 액정배향막.
- a) 말단에 열경화 또는 광경화가 가능한 작용기를 포함한 중량평균 분자량 500 내지 30,000의 브랜치드올리고이미드 또는 브랜치드올리고아믹산을 포함하는 액정배향용 조성물을 기판상에 코팅한 후 열처리하여 액정배향막을 형성하는 단계;b) 상기 형성된 액정배향막을 노광 및 열처리하는 단계; 및c) 액정배향막이 형성된 2장의 기판을 접착제와 스페이서를 이용하여 하나의 셀로 합착한 후, 액정을 주입하고 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 액정디스플레이의 제조방법.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 90 내지 120 ℃에서 1 내지 10 분간 수행하는 것인 액정디스플레이의 제조방법.
- 청구항 18의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 액정디스플레이.
