Description

Claims (22)
- 目標物体である、少なくとも1つの解剖構造の血液酸素飽和度を決定するシステムであって、
時変強度を有する少なくとも1つの電磁放射を、前記少なくとも1つの解剖構造と、参照物体である、さらなる解剖構造とに送るように構成される第1の装置と、
前記少なくとも1つの解剖構造と前記さらなる解剖構造に影響を及ぼす前記少なくとも1つの電磁放射に反応して、前記少なくとも1つの解剖構造と前記さらなる解剖構造のそれぞれからもたらされる少なくとも1つの音響信号を検出するように構成される検出器である、第2の装置と、
(i)前記さらなる解剖構造からの前記音響信号から、その少なくとも1つの特性に基づいて較正データを得るように、かつ(ii)前記較正データと前記少なくとも1つの解剖構造からの前記音響信号とを用いて、前記少なくとも1つの解剖構造の前記血液酸素飽和度を決定するように構成される処理ハードウェアである、第3の装置と、を備えるシステム。 - 前記第2の装置が少なくとも1つの音響変換器を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの解剖構造が肺動脈を含み、かつ前記さらなる解剖構造が大動脈を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの解剖構造が静脈を含み、かつ前記さらなる解剖構造が動脈を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電磁放射を、食道壁を通して前記肺動脈と前記大動脈とに送るように構成される光ガイドをさらに備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記音響信号が前記大動脈から取得される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記肺動脈の前記血液酸素飽和度が混合静脈血酸素飽和度である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記大動脈の前記少なくとも1つの特性が動脈血酸素飽和度である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 動脈酸素飽和度を測定するように構成される酸素測定装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記酸素測定装置がパルスオキシメータである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記音響変換器の少なくとも一部が、食道内部にあるように提供され、かつ構造化される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記音響変換器が、超音波画像を取得するように構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 媒質の背部または内部に位置する目標物体である、少なくとも1つの解剖構造の血液酸素飽和度を決定するためのコンピュータ実行可能命令を含む非一時的なコンピュータアクセス可能媒体であって、ハードウェア処理装置が前記命令を実行するときに、前記処理装置が、
前記媒質の背部または内部に位置する参照物体である、さらなる解剖構造を特定するステップと、
少なくとも1つの電磁波を用いて、前記媒質の表面を介して前記目標物体と前記参照物体とに照射をもたらすステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの電磁波に反応して被照射組織容量からもたらされる少なくとも1つの音響信号を測定するステップと、
前記参照物体の少なくとも1つの既知の特性に基づいて、前記参照物体から測定される前記音響信号の較正情報を取得するステップと、
前記較正情報と前記目標物体からの前記音響信号とに基づいて、前記目標物体の前記血液酸素飽和度を決定するステップと、を備える手順を実行するように構成される、コンピュータアクセス可能媒体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの解剖構造が肺動脈を含み、かつ前記さらなる解剖構造が大動脈を含む、請求項13に記載のコンピュータアクセス可能媒体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの解剖構造が静脈を含み、かつ前記さらなる解剖構造が動脈を含む、請求項13に記載のコンピュータアクセス可能媒体。
- 前記処理装置が、光ガイドを用いて食道壁を通して提供され、前記肺動脈と前記大動脈とに送られる前記少なくとも1つの電磁波をもたらすように構成される、請求項14に記載のコンピュータアクセス可能媒体。
- 前記音響信号が前記大動脈から取得される、請求項14に記載のコンピュータアクセス可能媒体。
- 前記肺動脈の前記血液酸素飽和度が混合静脈血酸素飽和度である、請求項14に記載のコンピュータアクセス可能媒体。
- 前記大動脈の前記少なくとも1つの特性が動脈血酸素飽和度である、請求項14に記載のコンピュータアクセス可能媒体。
- 音響変換器の少なくとも一部が、食道内部にあるよう提供され、かつ構造化される、請求項13に記載のコンピュータアクセス可能媒体。
- 音響変換器が、超音波画像を取得するように構成される、請求項13に記載のコンピュータアクセス可能媒体。
- 媒質の背部または内部に位置する目標物体の血液酸素飽和度を決定する方法であって、
前記媒質の背部または内部に位置する参照物体を特定するステップと、
少なくとも1つの電磁波を用いて、前記媒質の表面を介して前記目標物体と前記参照物体とに照射するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの電磁波に反応して、前記目標物および参照物体の被照射組織容量からもたらされる音響信号を測定するステップと、
前記参照物体の少なくとも1つの既知の特性に基づいて、前記参照物体から測定される前記音響信号の少なくとも1つから較正情報を取得するステップと、
前記較正情報と前記目標物体からの前記音響信号とに基づいて、前記目標物体の前記血液酸素飽和度を決定するステップと、を備える方法。
