ここで、Imaxは、1つのIDSの中で最大平均強度を有する静止画であり、meanは平均関数であり、stdは標準偏差関数、mは当該数式8を調整する0から1の範囲の定数である。閾値kは当該適用に依存して1つ以上のIDSに使用され、当該値を超える強度でのピクセルのみがかん流計算に使用される。

ここで、AIは時間tでのかん流の強さと領域の組み合わせを示す数値である。I(x,y,z)はIDSのある時間位置の静止画像であり、Numは画素数を計算する関数であり、meanは平均関数である。

これまでに特定された他のCAAにおいて、かん流変化を推定するために、以下の数式12によって、

参照CAWTによる現在CAWTを正規化する。
a.ベースラインが十分に滑らかであるかのチェック
b.心臓適用の場合、グラフト後画像のベースラインがグラフト前画像の1つよりも大きいべきである。
c.画像取得の開始が遅れすぎた場合には、動脈相が途切れる
d.画像取得の終了が早すぎた場合には、静脈相が途切れる。
e.画像が暗すぎるかをチェック
f.画像が飽和しているかどうかをチェック。
g.時間曲線上の平均強度の形状及び平滑度をチェック。曲線の品質は、lungからの蛍光又はヘッドライトからの写り込みなどの外部要因によって低下する可能性がある。
Claims (18)
- 外科的な治療介入の前後の組織の血流を可視化するための医療機器の作動方法であって、
受信手段において、前記外科的な治療介入の前に前記組織の複数の蛍光画像を含む第1画像データシーケンスであって、前記組織を通過する血流の、少なくとも1つの全相の血管造影サイクルを網羅する該第1画像データシーケンスを受信する工程と、
前記受信手段において、前記外科的な治療介入の後に前記組織の複数の蛍光画像を含む第2画像データシーケンスであって、前記組織を通過する血流の、少なくとも1つの全相の血管造影サイクルを網羅する該第2画像データシーケンスを受信する工程と、
同期化手段において、前記第1画像データシーケンスの全相の血管造影サイクルの少なくとも一部を、前記第2画像データシーケンスの全相の血管造影サイクルの対応する一部とを合わせるために、前記第1及び第2画像データシーケンスの平均強度対時間曲線のピーク蛍光強度に基づき、前記第1及び第2画像データシーケンスを同期化する工程と、
表示手段において、前記同期化した画像データシーケンスをディスプレイに表示する工程と
を含むことを特徴とする作動方法。 - 前記組織は、血行再生中の心筋、再生中の乳房組織、及び吻合中の腸組織を含むグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 血流の前記全相の血管造影サイクルは、動脈相、微小血管相、及び静脈相を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 前記第1及び第2画像データシーケンスを同期化する工程は、前記同期化手段において、該第1及び第2画像データシーケンス間で、前記動脈相、微小血管相、及び静脈相の少なくとも1つを相関する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の作動方法。
- 前記第1及び第2画像データシーケンスを同期化する工程は、前記同期化手段において、整列した各時間位置での相関係数を計算し、最大の相関係数に基づいて、前記第1及び第2画像データを同期化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 前記組織は、血管であり、
前記作動方法は、さらに、
判定手段において、前記同期化した画像データシーケンスに基づき、前記外科的な治療介入の前後での前記血管の相対的な血流を判定する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動方法。 - 前記血管は、冠動脈バイパスグラフトであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の作動方法。
- 相対的な血流を判定する工程は、比較手段において、前記同期化した第1及び第2画像データシーケンス間の相対的な蛍光強度を比較する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の作動方法。
- 相対的な蛍光強度を比較する工程は、
評価手段において、前記同期化した画像データシーケンス上におけるベースラインの蛍光強度の差異の変化を評価する工程と、
調整手段において、ベースラインの蛍光強度の前記変化に基づき、前記同期化した画像データシーケンスを調整する工程とを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の作動方法。 - 判定手段において、前記同期化した画像データシーケンスに基づき、前記外科的な治療介入の前後の前記組織の相対的なかん流を判定する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 前記組織の相対的なかん流を判定する工程は、評価手段において、閾値を超える平均蛍光強度に基づいて前記かん流を評価する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の作動方法。
- 前記組織の相対的なかん流を判定する工程は、さらに、前記評価手段において、前記閾値を超える蛍光強度を有する画素数を評価する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の作動方法。
- 外科的な治療介入の前後の組織の血流を可視化するためのシステムであって、
前記外科的な治療介入の前に前記組織の複数の蛍光画像を含む第1画像データシーケンスであって、前記組織を通過する血流の、少なくとも1つの全相の血管造影サイクルを網羅する該第1画像データシーケンスを受信し、
前記外科的な治療介入の後に前記組織の複数の蛍光画像を含む第2画像データシーケンスであって、前記組織を通過する血流の、少なくとも1つの全相の血管造影サイクルを網羅する該第2画像データシーケンスを受信し、
前記第1画像データシーケンスの全相の血管造影サイクルの少なくとも一部を、前記第2画像データシーケンスの全相の血管造影サイクルの対応する一部とを合わせるために、前記第1及び第2画像データシーケンスの平均強度対時間曲線のピーク蛍光強度に基づき、前記第1及び第2画像データシーケンスを同期化する、
プロセッサと、
前記同期化した画像データシーケンスを表示するディスプレイと、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記全相の血管造影サイクルは、動脈相、微小血管相、及び静脈相を含み、
前記プロセッサは、前記第1及び第2画像データシーケンス間で、前記動脈相、微小血管相、及び静脈相の少なくとも1つを相関することによって、該第1及び第2画像データシーケンスを同期化することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記プロセッサは、整列した各時間位置での相関係数を計算し、最大の相関係数に基づいて、前記第1及び第2画像データを同期化することによって、前記第1及び第2画像データシーケンスを同期化することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織は、血管であり、
前記プロセッサは、
前記同期化した第1及び第2画像データシーケンス間の相対的な蛍光強度を比較することによって、前記外科的な治療介入の前後での前記血管の相対的な血流を判定することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記プロセッサは、
閾値を超える平均蛍光強度に基づいて、かん流を少なくとも部分的に評価することによって、前記外科的な治療介入の前後での前記組織の相対的な前記かん流を判定することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記閾値を超える蛍光強度を有する画素数を少なくとも部分的に評価することによって、前記組織の相対的なかん流を判定することを特徴とする請求項17に記載のシステム。
