Claims (10)
- 少なくとも第1導体部品(6)と第2導体部品(10)とを含む導体を有する2つのコンポーネントの導電性接続のための接続部材であって、
前記第2導体部品(10)は、外側にテーパ部(12)を有し、
前記テーパ部(12)は、前記第1導体部品(6)の弾性片(7)のためのストッパーとして機能する環状突部(13)と一体化され、
前記弾性片(7)は、ニュートラル位置で、前記第2導体部品(10)の前記テーパ部と、その環状突部(13)との間にある相補形状の移行部に位置し、
前記テーパ部(12)と前記環状突部(13)とは、接続方向において、形状が非対称であり、
前記第1導体部品(6)と前記第2導体部品(10)とは、接続方向に相互に対して移動可能であり、
導体部品(6,10)は、前記ニュートラル位置にあるときに外力が作用することのみにより相対移動が可能となり、
前記導体部品(6,10)の相対移動は、前記テーパ部(12)により引き起こされた前記導体部品(6,10)の少なくとも1つの径方向弾性変形をもたらし、
前記接続部材は、接続される前記2つのコンポーネントの位置における公差を補正する低い推力を加えることにより、前記ニュートラル位置で、前記導体部品(6,10)が共通摺動するように構成され、
前記ストッパーは、前記導体部品(6,10)の相対移動を制限し、
前記導体部品(6,10)は、相当な力が作用することのみによって前記ニュートラル位置で引き離されることが可能であることを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項1に記載の接続部材において、
前記導体部品(6,10)の少なくとも1つが、狭窄部を有することを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の接続部材において、
前記第1導体部品(6)は、前記第2導体部品(10)の表面に当接する前記弾性片(7)を含むことを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項3に記載の接続部材において、
前記第1導体部品(6)は、環状に丸めたブランクカットであることを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項3又は請求項4に記載の接続部材において、
前記第1導体部品(6)の自由端部は、第1コンポーネントと接触する接触面(16)を接続部材の軸方向の一端部に形成する環状アダプタ部材(9)に接続され、
前記第2導体部品(10)の自由端部は、第2コンポーネントと接触する接触面(15)を接続部材の軸方向の他端部に形成することを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項5に記載の接続部材において、
前記環状アダプタ部材(9)は、断面がL字形状であることを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材において、
前記導体は、外部導体(2)として中心導体(1)を囲繞することを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項7に記載の接続部材において、
前記中心導体(1)は、バネ装填接触ピンの形状であることを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項7又は請求項8に記載の接続部材において、
前記外部導体(2)と前記中心導体(1)との間に配置される絶縁部材(3)を有することを特徴とする接続部材。 - 請求項9に記載の接続部材において、
前記絶縁部材(3)は、前記中心導体(1)と、前記導体部品(6,10)の1つの少なくとも一部分とに、堅固に接続されることを特徴とする接続部材。
