Claims (13)
- 2 개의 부품의 전기적 도전 접속을 위한 연결 부재에 있어서,
도체를 포함하되, 상기 도체는 적어도 제1 도체부와 제2 도체부를 포함하고,
상기 제2 도체부는 외측에 테이퍼부(tapered portion)를 갖고,
상기 테이퍼부는, 상기 제1 도체부의 탄성혀들을 위한 스톱(stop)으로 작용하는 고리형 돌출부로 합쳐지며,
중립 위치에서, 상기 탄성혀들은 상기 제2 도체부의 테이퍼부와 고리형 돌출부 사이에서, 상보적인 테이퍼된 형상으로, 과도(transition)되어 위치하며,
상기 제 1 도체부 및 상기 제 2 도체부는 연결 방향으로 서로에 대해 이동 가능하게 구성되고, 상기 2개의 도체부가 중립 위치에 있을 때, 외부 힘이 가해지는 것에 의해서만 가능한 상대적 이동을 하고,
상기 도체부들의 상대적 이동은, 상기 테이퍼부에 의해, 상기 도체부들 중 적어도 하나의 반경 방향의 탄성 변형(radial elastic deformation)을 야기하고, 상기 도체부들을 함께 슬라이딩시키는 것은 연결된 상기 2개의 부품들의 상기 위치들에 대한 허용오차(tolerance)를 보상하도록 낮은 추진력(low thrust force)의 행사에 의해 상기 중립 위치에 있을 수 있고, 그리고,
상기 스톱은 상기 도체부들의 상대적 이동을 제한하여, 따라서 상기 도체부들은 상당한 힘(considerable force)이 가해지는 것에 의해 상기 중립 위치에서 분리될 수 있고, 상기 낮은 추진력은 상기 상당한 힘보다 작은, 연결 부재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 도체부는, 상기 제2 도체부의 표면에 대해 지탱하는(bear against) 상기 탄성혀들을 포함하는, 연결 부재. - 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도체부는 블랭크 컷(blank cut)을 둥글게 구부림으로써 튜브 형상으로 제조되는, 연결 부재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
제1 도체부의 자유 말단은, 상기 연결 부재의 일 축 말단에서 제1 부품과 접촉하는 접촉 형성 표면(contact making surface)을 형성하는 고리형 어댑터 부재(annular adapter member)와 연결되고,
제2 도체부의 자유 말단은, 상기 연결 부재의 타 축 말단에서, 제2 부품과 접촉하는 접촉 형성 표면을 형성하는, 연결 부재. - 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 고리형 어댑터 부재는 단면이 L자형(L-shaped form)인, 연결 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
제1 도체부의 자유 말단은, 상기 연결 부재의 일 축 말단에서, 제1 부품과 접촉하는 접촉 형성 표면을 형성하는 고리형 어댑터 부재와 연결되고,
제2 도체부의 자유 말단은, 상기 연결 부재의 타 축 말단에서, 제2 부품과 접촉하는 접촉 형성 표면을 형성하는, 연결 부재. - 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 고리형 어댑터 부재는 단면이 L자형인, 연결 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도체는 외부 도체로서 중앙 도체를 감싸는, 연결 부재.
- 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 중앙 도체는 스프링이 장착된 접촉 핀(spring-loaded contact pin) 형태인, 연결 부재. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 외부 도체 및 상기 중앙 도체 사이에 배열된 절연 부재(insulating member)를 포함하는, 연결 부재. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 절연 부재는 상기 중앙 도체, 및 상기 도체부들 중 하나의 적어도 일부와 견고하게 연결되는, 연결 부재. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 외부 도체 및 상기 중앙 도체 사이에 배열된 절연 부재를 포함하는, 연결 부재. - 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 절연 부재는 상기 중앙 도체, 및 상기 도체부들 중 하나의 적어도 일부와 견고하게 연결되는, 연결 부재.
