Claims (6)
- 内周に2つの軌道面を有する外方部材と、この外方部材の内側に配置され、外周に2つの軌道面を有する内方部材と、前記外方部材の軌道面と内方部材の軌道面との間に組み込まれた2列の転動体と、転動体を保持する保持器とからなり、前記内方部材を一対の軌道輪で形成し、両軌道輪が固定用ボルトにより締結され、前記外方部材および前記内方部材に使用機器の相手部材に締め付け固定される孔が設けられた複列転がり軸受において、
前記一対の軌道輪の互いに当接する端面を平坦面とし、
前記一対の軌道輪に位置決め孔を設け、この位置決め孔に位置決め部材を嵌挿することにより、前記一対の軌道輪の径方向の芯ずれを抑制するものであって、
前記位置決め孔をリーマ孔とし、かつ、その数を2以上とすると共に、前記位置決め部材をリーマボルトとしたことを特徴とする複列転がり軸受。 - 前記リーマ孔間のピッチ角度を転動体間のピッチ角度の倍数にならない角度に設定したしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複列転がり軸受。
- 前記リーマボルトの本数をN、負荷せん断荷重をW、ボルトの許容引張応力σ、ボルトの断面積Aとしたとき、N≧W/〔σ×(0.6〜0.7)×A〕の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複列転がり軸受。
- 前記リーマボルトと前記リーマ孔との嵌め合いすきまを前記固定用ボルトとこの嵌挿孔との嵌め合いすきまより小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複列転がり軸受。
- 前記複列転がり軸受が複列アンギュラ玉軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複列転がり軸受。
- CTスキャナ装置に用いられる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複列転がり軸受。
