Claims (10)
- 공작기계의 주축선회부에 사용되고, 외륜의 궤도홈과 내륜의 궤도홈과의 사이에 다수의 볼이 전동이 자유롭게 배설된 단열의 앵귤러 볼베어링에 있어서,원주방향의 일부에 내륜홈어깨부보다 직경이 작은 오목단부가 형성된 내륜과,원주방향의 일부에 외륜홈어깨부보다도 직경이 큰 오목단부가 형성된 외륜과,상기 외륜의 궤도홈과 상기 내륜의 궤도홈과의 사이에 전동이 자유롭게 배설된 복수의 볼과,상기 복수의 볼을 원주방향으로 위치결정하기 위한 케이지로서, 상기 복수의 볼을 보존하는 포켓의 축방향 양측에 한쌍의 원환상부(132a, 132b)를 가지는 케이지(130)와,외주부에서 상기 외륜(101)과 끼워맞추는 끼워맞춤부(126a)와, 내주부에서 내륜(102)과 접촉하는 립(lip)부(126b)를 가지는 고무실(126)로 구성되는 환상실체(120)와,상기 끼워맞춤부(126a)에 밀어넣어 삽입하는 끼워맞춤요부(121b)와, 상기 립부(126b)가 접촉하는 수용요부(122b)를 가지고, 상기 환상실체(120)를 수용하는 밀실수용홈(121, 122)과,상기 내륜의 원통외주면과 상기 밀실수용홈(122)과의 교점에 형성되는 교점에지부(123)와 대향하는 상기 원환상부(132b)의 내주면에 상기 교점에지부와의 접촉을 회피하기 위해 상기 케이지의 원주방향으로 형성되는 오목형상홈부(133)를 구비하고,축방향단면폭 B와 반경방향 단면높이 H와의 단면치수비(B/H)가 (B/H)<0.63이고, 상기 볼과 상기 외륜 및 상기 내륜과의 접촉부에서의 법선방향의 연장선이 상기 오목단부에 간섭하지 않도록 접촉각을 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축선회부용 볼베어링.

- 공작기계의 주축선회부에 사용되고, 원주방향의 일부에 내륜홈어깨부보다 직경이 작은 오목단부가 형성된 내륜과,원주방향의 일부에 외륜홈어깨부보다도 직경이 큰 오목단부가 형성된 외륜과,상기 외륜의 궤도홈과 상기 내륜의 궤도홈과의 사이에 전동이 자유롭게 배설된 복수의 볼을 구비하는 복열의 앵귤러 볼베어링에 있어서,상기 복열의 앵귤러 볼 베어링의 각 앨귤러 볼 베어링은,상기 복수의 볼을 원주방향으로 위치결정하기 위한 케이지로서, 상기 복수의 볼을 보존하는 포켓의 축방향 양측에 한쌍의 원환상부(132a, 134b)를 가지는 케이지(130)와,외주부에서 상기 외륜과 끼워맞춤하는 끼워맞춤부(126a)와, 내주부에서 상기 내륜과 접촉하는 립부(126b)를 가지는 고무실로 구성되는 환상실체(120)와,상기 끼워맞춤부(126a)를 밀어넣어 삽입하는 끼워맞춤요부(121b)와, 상기 립부(126b)가 접촉하는 수용요부(122b)를 가지고, 상기 환상실체(120)를 수용하는 밀실수용홈(121, 122)과,상기 내륜의 원통외주면과 상기 밀실수용홈(122)과의 교점에 형성되는 교점에지부(123)와 대향하는 상기 원환상부(132b)의 내주면에 상기 교점에지부와의 접촉을 회피하기 위해 상기 케이지의 원주방향으로 형성된 오목형상홈부(133)를 구비하며,축방향단면폭 B2와 반경방향 단면높이 H2와의 단면치수비(B2/H2)가 (B2/H2)<1.2이고, 상기 볼과 상기 외륜 및 상기 내륜과의 접촉부에서의 법선방향의 연장선이 상기 오목단부에 간섭하지 않도록 접촉각을 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축선회부용 볼베어링.
- 외륜의 궤도홈과 내륜의 궤도홈과의 사이에 다수의 볼이 전동이 자유롭게 배설되고, 축방향 단면폭 B와 반경방향 단면높이 H와의 단면치수비(B/H)가 (B/H)<0.63인 단열의 앵귤러 볼베어링을 2개 조합시켜서 구성되며,상기 단열의 앵귤러 볼베어링은 다른 한쪽에 링부를 가지고, 이 링부의 다른쪽에 볼을 지지하는 포켓부를 형성한 관형의 볼안내 케이지(cage)를 그 링부측을 조합면측에 배치하여 이루어지는 공작기계의 주축선회부에 사용되는 조합 앵귤러 볼베어링으로서,상기 포켓부는 상기 링부와는 반대측의 선단부에 형성한 볼의 누출을 방지하는 볼걸림부를 가지고, 상기 포켓부의 곡률중심과 상기 볼걸림부 선단과의 축방향 거리(L)에 대하여 상기 포켓부의 곡률중심과 볼 곡률중심을 일치시킨 상태에서의 대향하는 2개의 케이지에서의 링부 단부 사이의 축방향 극간(△G)에, 상기 포켓부의 포켓면과 볼과의 축방향 극간(△P)을 더한 값이 작게 되도록 설정하고(L>△G+△P),서로 인접하는 볼 사이의 원주방향피치를 조합측단면의 반대측으로 이동하고, 상기 링부가 베어링조합단면측을 이루도록 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축선회부용 볼베어링.
- 외륜의 궤도홈과 내륜의 궤도홈과의 사이에 다수의 볼이 전동이 자유롭게 배설되고, 축방향단면폭 B2와 반경방향 단면높이 H2와의 단면치수비(B2/H2)가 (B2/H2)<1.2인 복렬의 앵귤러 볼베어링의 구성을 가지고,각 앵귤러 볼 베어링은, 한쪽에 링부를 가지며, 이 링부의 다른쪽에 볼을 지지하는 포켓부를 형성한 관형의 볼안내 케이지를 그 링부측을 베어링의 축방향 내측에 대향시켜서 배치하여 이루어지는 공작기계의 주축선회부에 사용되는 조합 앵귤러 볼베어링으로서,상기 포켓부는 상기 링부와는 반대측의 선단부에 형성한 볼의 누출을 방지하는 볼걸림부를 가지고, 상기 포켓부의 곡률중심과 상기 볼걸림부 선단과의 축방향 거리(L)에 대하여 상기 포켓부의 곡률중심과 볼 곡률중심을 일치시킨 상태에서의 대향하는 2개의 케이지에서의 링부 단부 사이의 축방향 극간(△G)에, 상기 포켓부의 포켓면과 볼과의 축방향 극간(△P)을 더한 값이 작아지도록 설정하고(L>△G+△P),서로 인접하는 볼 사이의 원주방향피치를 조합측단면의 반대측으로 이동하고, 상기 링부가 베어링조합단면측을 이루도록 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축선회부용 볼베어링.
- 제 1항 및 제 6항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 주축선회부용 볼베어링을, 주축을 선회시키는 주축선회부에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축선회장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 원환상부(132b)에 오목형상홈부(134)를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축선회부용 볼 베어링.
