Claims (9)
- 특히 자동차의 최종 기어 장치에 사용되는 베벨 기어 변속장치로서베빌 피니언과 맞물리는 베벨 휠;상기 베벨 피니언을 지지하며 복수의 베어링에 의해 지지되는 회전축을 포함하며,베벨 피니언에 가까이 배치된 일방 베어링은 테이퍼형 롤러 베어링으로 되어 있어, 상기 회전축이 전진 방향으로 회전하는 경우, 회전축의 스러스트 하중은 상기 테이퍼형 롤러 베어링이 받고, 상기 회전축이 역방향으로 회전하는 경우에는, 베벨 피니언으로부터 멀리 배열된 타방의 베어링이 회전축의 스러스트 하중이 받도록 배치되어 있는 베벨 기어 변속장치에 있어서,상기 타방의 베어링은 볼 베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 베벨 기어 변속장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 타방의 베어링은 내부링과 외부링 사이의 볼을 위해 복수의 레이스웨이를 갖는 앵귤러 볼 베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 베벨 기어 변속장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 타방의 베어링이 받는 하중은 일방의 베어링이 받는 하중 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 베벨 기어 변속장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전축의 제 1 부분을 지지하는 일방의 베어링에 요구되는 휨 강성은 회전축의 제 2 부분을 지지하는 타방의 베어링에 요구되는 휨 강성 보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 베벨 기어 변속장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일방의 베어링의 내피로성은 타방의 베어링의 내피로성과 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 베벨 기어 변속장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 타방의 베어링에 의해 지지되는 회전축의 제 2 부분에서의 윤활 조건은 일방의 베어링에 의해 지지되는 회전축의 제 1 부분에서의 윤활 조건 보다 더 가혹한 것을 특징으로 하는 베벨 기어 변속장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테이퍼형 롤러 베어링은 복수의 롤러가 내부링과 외부링 사이에 배치되는 구조를 갖고,롤러 베어링의 축선은 회전축의 축선에 대해 경사져있으며, 또한 롤러 베어링의 축선과 회전축의 외주면 사이의 거리가 베벨 휠로부터의 거리가 증가함에 따라 더 작아지도록 경사지게 배치되고,롤러는 베벨 휠로부터의 거리가 증가함에 따라 직경이 더 작아지는 테이퍼형을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 베벨 기어 변속장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 베어링은 상기 베벨 휠에 의해 퍼올려지는 오일에 의해 윤활되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베벨 기어 변속장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 주 회전 방향인 베벨 휠의 전진 회전 방향은 상기 베벨 휠의 외주가 상기 베벨 피니언 측에서 하방으로 이동하도록 되어 있고, 베벨 기어 변속장치의 하우징에 통로가 형성되며, 상기 통로는 하우징의 상측에서 실질적으로 베벨 휠의 외주의 접선 방향으로 베벨 휠로부터 하우징의 상측에서 복수의 베어링을 향해 있으며, 윤활유는 하우징의 바닥으로부터 복수의 베어링까지 베벨 휠의 회전으로 공급될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베벨 기어 변속장치.
