Claims (6)
- 내주면에 외륜 궤도면과, 그 외륜 궤도면의 축 방향 양측에 형성된 1 쌍의 외륜 플랜지를 갖는 외륜과,
외주면에 내륜 궤도면과, 그 내륜 궤도면의 축 방향 편측에 형성된 내륜 플랜지를 갖는 내륜과,
상기 외륜 궤도면과 상기 내륜 궤도면 사이에 배치된 복수의 원통 롤러를 구비한 원통 롤러 베어링으로서,
상기 외륜 플랜지와 상기 내륜 플랜지 사이의 직경 방향 간극은 2 ㎜ 이하로 설정되고,
상기 외륜 플랜지의 직경 방향 높이는, 상기 내륜 플랜지의 직경 방향 높이보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 원통 롤러 베어링. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
베어링 폭을 W, 베어링 외경을 D 로 하면, D/W 는 3.0 이상이고,
상기 원통 롤러의 롤러 직경을 Da, 롤러 길이를 L 로 하면, L/Da 는 1.2 이상 1.8 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통 롤러 베어링. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 원통 롤러의 전동면에는, 곡률 반경이 300 ∼ 700 ㎜ 인 단일 원호로 이루어지는 크라우닝이 실시되고,
상기 외륜 플랜지 및 상기 내륜 플랜지의 상기 원통 롤러와의 접촉면에는, 10´ ∼ 30´의 경사가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통 롤러 베어링. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 원통 롤러의 전동면에는, 그 축 방향 중앙 부분을 곡률 반경이 3000 ∼ 4000 ㎜ 인 단일 원호로 하고, 그 축 방향 중앙 부분의 양측 부분을 로그 곡선 형상에 의해 탈락량을 변화시키도록 한 복합 크라우닝이 실시되고,
상기 외륜 플랜지 및 상기 내륜 플랜지의 상기 원통 롤러와의 접촉면에는, 10´ ∼ 30´의 경사가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통 롤러 베어링. - 엔진 토크가 입력되는 입력축 또는 종동축이, 적어도 미끄럼 베어링과 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 원통 롤러 베어링에 의해 자유롭게 회전할 수 있도록 지지되고,
상기 원통 롤러 베어링은, 편측 방향의 트러스트 하중을 지지함과 함께, 상기 외륜과 상기 내륜의 상대 경사를 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스미션용 베어링 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 원통 롤러에 대하여 상기 내륜 플랜지가 형성되는 측과 반대측에 있어서의, 상기 외륜과 상기 내륜 사이의 개구부로부터 윤활유가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스미션용 베어링 장치.
