Abstract
Description
本願は、2012年11月28日に出願された日本国特願2012-259727号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
また、スイッチレバーを回動中立位置に対して傾斜した状態で押し込んでも回動中立位置に戻り易いように、スイッチケースの傾斜面の角度を変更したり鋼球の付勢力を強めたりすると、スイッチレバーの操作感が大きく変化することがある。
すなわち、スイッチレバーの操作感を良好に保つこと、及びスイッチレバーの押し込み操作を確実にすること、を両立させることが難しかった。
(1)本発明に係る一態様のスイッチは、スイッチケースと、前記スイッチケースに、回動操作と、押し込み操作とを可能に支持されたスイッチレバーと、前記スイッチケース内で前記スイッチレバーの操作部とは反対側に設けられ、V字状の傾斜面を形成する第一ガイド部と、前記スイッチレバーの前記第一ガイド部側の端部に保持され、前記傾斜面側に付勢された可動子と、を備え、前記可動子及び前記第一ガイド部を含んで、前記可動子を前記傾斜面に押し付ける力によって前記スイッチレバーを回動中立位置に戻すレバー中立位置復元機構が構成されたスイッチにおいて、前記スイッチケース内に、前記スイッチレバーの前記回動操作及び前記回動中立位置での前記押し込み操作の際は前記スイッチレバーに当接せず、前記スイッチレバーが前記回動中立位置から傾斜した状態での前記押し込み操作の際は前記スイッチレバーに当接する第二ガイド部を備え、前記第二ガイド部は、当接した前記スイッチレバーを前記回動中立位置に戻すように配置された第二傾斜面を形成する。
(3)上記(1)又は(2)の態様において、前記第二ガイド部の前記第二傾斜面は、前記第一ガイド部の前記傾斜面に対して、前記スイッチレバーの回動軸方向でオフセットして設けられてもよい。
(4)上記(1)から(3)の何れか1つの態様において、前記スイッチレバーの長手方向中間部が回動軸に支持され、前記スイッチレバーの前記第一ガイド部側の前記端部に、前記可動子を保持する保持部が設けられ、前記保持部の先端が前記第二ガイド部の前記第二傾斜面に当接してもよい。
(5)上記(1)から(4)の何れか1つの態様において、前記第一ガイド部は、前記スイッチケースと別体に設けられ、前記第二ガイド部は、前記第一ガイド部と一体に設けられてもよい。
(6)上記(1)から(5)の何れか1つの態様において、前記スイッチケース内の固定接点と接離する可動接点を保持し、前記スイッチケース内で前記各接点間の通電が切れた接点中立位置から前記スイッチレバーと共に回動可能に支持され、前記スイッチレバーの前記回動操作により回動させられるホルダーを備え、前記ホルダーは、前記スイッチレバーに対して、前記スイッチレバーの回動軸方向の一方側にオフセットして配置されると共に、前記第二ガイド部は、前記第一ガイド部の前記傾斜面に対して、前記スイッチレバーの前記回動軸方向の他方側にオフセットして配置されてもよい。
上記(3)の場合、スイッチレバーが保持した可動子を回動軸方向で避けつつ、第二ガイド部の第二傾斜面を簡単に設置することができる。
上記(4)の場合、スイッチレバーにおける回動軸から遠い位置にある保持部の先端が第二ガイド部の第二傾斜面に当接することで、スイッチレバーが第二傾斜面に当接した際の力で無理なくスイッチレバーを回動中立位置に戻すことができる。
上記(5)の場合、スイッチケースと第一ガイド部とを別体にすることで、スイッチレバーの形状等を変更した際はガイド部のみを変更すれば同等の操作性を確保でき、スイッチレバーの変更を容易にできる。第二ガイド部と第一ガイド部とを一体にすることで、スイッチレバーの変更に対応する部位(第一及び第二ガイド部)を同時に変更でき、スイッチレバーの変更を容易にすると共に、部品点数の増加を抑えることができる。
上記(6)の場合、ホルダーと第二ガイド部とをスイッチレバーの回動軸方向の一方及び他方に振り分けて配置することで、第二ガイド部とホルダーとの干渉を抑止してスイッチ構成部品の配置自由度を高めることができる。
ステアリングステム4のトップブリッジ4a上には、転舵用のバーハンドル4bが取り付けられる。トップブリッジ4aの側部近傍には左右前ウインカー7が取り付けられる。
左右センタパイプ14の前部に固設された左右ピボットプレート14aには、スイングアーム5の前端部が枢支される。スイングアーム5の後端部には、自動二輪車1の後輪WRが軸支される。スイングアーム5の前部下側には、その近傍を上下に延びるリアクッション6の下端部が連結される。
エンジン2の上方には、エンジン2の燃料を貯留する燃料タンク18が配置される。燃料タンク18の後方には、左右シートレール16上に支持した乗員着座用のシート19が配置される。シート19の後端部近傍には左右一対の後ウインカー8が取り付けられる。
図2、図3に示すウインカースイッチ20は、スイッチケース21内で上下に延びる回動軸22に、前後に延びるスイッチレバー23の長手方向中間部23bを左右回動可能に支持する。スイッチレバー23は、スイッチケース21の外方(後方、乗員側)に突出する後端部に形成された操作部23aを、乗員の左手指(特に親指)Hによって左右に回動(揺動)操作可能とする。なお、図示都合上、図2はウインカースイッチ20を斜め上方から見ているのに対し、図3~図9はウインカースイッチ20を下方から見ている。
すなわち、図3の平面視で、スイッチレバー23が回動軸22を中心に反時計回り方向に回動すると、ホルダー24も回動軸22を中心に反時計回り方向に回動し(図4の矢印L1,L2参照)、スイッチレバー23が回動軸22を中心に時計回り方向に回動すると、ホルダー24の回動軸22を中心に時計回り方向に回動する(図6の矢印R1,R2参照)。
以下、特に記載がなければ、スイッチレバー23が左右回動の間の中間位置(以下、回動中立位置という)にあり、かつホルダー24が左右回動の間の中間位置(以下、接点中立位置という)にある状態の構成を説明する。
ホルダー24は、平面視(上下方向視)で前方に広がる扇形の平板状をなし、その基端部(後端部)に当該部位を上下に貫通する軸支孔32を有し、この軸支孔32に回動軸22が挿通される。ホルダー24は一体の樹脂成型品とされる。
左右傾斜面41L,41Rは、平面視で相互の延長上の頂点がケース本体27の左右中心に位置するように、ガイド部材42の左側に偏倚して配置される。
スイッチレバー23を左右に回動操作した後、スイッチレバー23への操作入力を解除すると、鋼球38が切り欠き45の谷間に案内され、スイッチレバー23を回動中立位置に戻す(図5、図7参照)。
本実施形態では、スイッチレバー23の操作性を良好に保った上で、スイッチレバー23の押し込みによるキャンセル操作を確実にするために、ガイド部材42の横板部44の右下面側(上面側でもよい)に、第二傾斜面58を形成するガイド板部59を段差状に一体形成している。
また、ガイド板部59が、ガイド部材42と一体に設けられることで、スイッチレバー23の変更に対応する部位(ガイド部材42及びガイド板部59)を一体に変更でき、スイッチレバー23の変更を容易にすると共に、部品点数の増加を抑えることができる。
接点を保持するホルダー24を備えず、スイッチケース21にスイッチレバー23が左右回動位置、回動中立位置での押し込み位置のそれぞれに対応する固定接点を設け、これらの固定接点にスイッチレバー23の先端部に設けた可動接点を選択的に接離させることで、スイッチレバー23の回動操作と回動中立位置での押し込み操作とを検出するようにしたスイッチに適用してもよい。
自動二輪車(原動機付自転車及びスクータ型車両を含む)のみならず、三輪(前一輪かつ後二輪の他に、前二輪かつ後一輪の車両も含む)又は四輪の車両に適用してもよい。
そして、上記実施形態における構成は本発明の一例であり、当該発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。

Claims (6)
- スイッチケースと、
前記スイッチケースに、回動操作と、押し込み操作とを可能に支持されたスイッチレバーと、
前記スイッチケース内で前記スイッチレバーの操作部とは反対側に設けられ、V字状の傾斜面を形成する第一ガイド部と、
前記スイッチレバーの前記第一ガイド部側の端部に保持され、前記傾斜面側に付勢された可動子と、を備え、
前記可動子及び前記第一ガイド部を含んで、前記可動子を前記傾斜面に押し付ける力によって前記スイッチレバーを回動中立位置に戻すレバー中立位置復元機構が構成されたスイッチにおいて、
前記スイッチケース内に、前記スイッチレバーの前記回動操作及び前記回動中立位置での前記押し込み操作の際は前記スイッチレバーに当接せず、前記スイッチレバーが前記回動中立位置から傾斜した状態での前記押し込み操作の際は前記スイッチレバーに当接する第二ガイド部を備え、
前記第二ガイド部は、当接した前記スイッチレバーを前記回動中立位置に戻すように配置された第二傾斜面を形成することを特徴とするスイッチ。 - 前記スイッチレバーの前記回動中立位置での押し込み方向に沿うケース中心線に対し、前記第二傾斜面の傾斜角度は、前記傾斜面の傾斜角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスイッチ。
- 前記第二ガイド部の前記第二傾斜面は、前記第一ガイド部の前記傾斜面に対して、前記スイッチレバーの回動軸方向でオフセットして設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスイッチ。
- 前記スイッチレバーの長手方向中間部が回動軸に支持され、
前記スイッチレバーの前記第一ガイド部側の前記端部に、前記可動子を保持する保持部が設けられ、
前記保持部の先端が前記第二ガイド部の前記第二傾斜面に当接することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のスイッチ。 - 前記第一ガイド部は、前記スイッチケースと別体に設けられ、
前記第二ガイド部は、前記第一ガイド部と一体に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のスイッチ。 - 前記スイッチケース内の固定接点と接離する可動接点を保持し、前記スイッチケース内で前記各接点間の通電が切れた接点中立位置から前記スイッチレバーと共に回動可能に支持され、前記スイッチレバーの前記回動操作により回動させられるホルダーを備え、
前記ホルダーは、前記スイッチレバーに対して、前記スイッチレバーの回動軸方向の一方側にオフセットして配置されると共に、前記第二ガイド部は、前記第一ガイド部の前記傾斜面に対して、前記スイッチレバーの前記回動軸方向の他方側にオフセットして配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のスイッチ。
