Abstract
Claims
条約 19条 (1)に基づく説明書 請求項第 1項に、 旧請求項 3及び 4の内容を加え、 旧請求項 3及び 4を削除した。 国際調査報告に列記された文献 1 (J P 2004— 5380 1 A) には、 ポリカーボネ 一トとポリエステルフィルムを積層してなる偏光子用保護フィルムが記載されている。 ポ リカ一ボネートの曲げ弾性率は 2. 4GP aであり、 ポリエステルフィルムの曲げ弾性率 は 2〜2. 5GP aである。 補正後の本発明は、 保護層 A、 偏光子及び保護層 Bをこの順に少なく とも有し、 前記保 護層 Aが、 熱可塑性樹脂を主たる成分とする、 a層及び b層を、 少なく とも含んでなり、 前記 a層の曲げ弾性率が前記 b層の曲げ弾性率より大きく、 かつ、 前記 a層の曲げ弾性率 が 3GP a〜4GP aである偏光板である。
本補正により、 本発明が新規性を有することが明確になった。
