Claims (12)
- 적어도 1개의 조작 신호에 의해 조작되며 부하 내의 전류의 흐름에 영향을 주는 적어도 2개의 스위치 소자와, 상기 적어도 1개의 조작 신호를 발생하는 수단, 특히 마이크로컴퓨터와, 장치의 기능성을 모니터하는 수단을 구비한 차량에서의 부하의 조작 장치에 있어서, 상기 스위치 소자 각각을 흐르는 전류가 측정되며 각각 개개의 전류가 소정치에 도달했는지 내지는 그것을 초과했는지가 모니터되며, 여기서 상기 소정치에 도달했는지 내지는 그것을 초과했는지 소정 시간에 걸쳐 검출된 때에 에러 응답이 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조작 신호는 펄스 폭 변조 신호이며, 이 펄스 폭 변조 신호는 조작 소자를 통해 상기 스위치 소자 각각에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 소자 각각을 흐르는 전류가 상기 소정치를 초과한 때, 상기 조작 신호에 영향을 주는 것에 의해 내부 전류 제한이 행해지도록 상기 조작 소자가 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 소자를 흐르는 전류가 최대치를 초과한 때, 카운트 수단이 1만큼 증가되고 또는 시한 소자가 스타트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 소자의 에러 상태가 검출된 때, 상기 조작 신호의 다음 조작 펄스에서 각각의 스위치 소자가 재투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에러 상태가 존재하지 않을 때, 상기 조작 신호에 의해 상기 카운트 수단이 1만큼 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 카운트 수단의 레벨이 상기 소정치를 초과한 때 및/또는 상기 소정 시간이 경과한 때 에러 신호가 발생되며, 이것에 의해 장치가 완전히 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과대 온도, 작동 전압 및/또는 논리 기준 전압의 저전압 내지 과전압, 저전압에 대응하는 보호로서 상기 스위치 소자를 조작하는 충전 펌프가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장치의 재투입이 상기 마이크로컴퓨터에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전 브릿지 출력단이 설치되며, 여기서 각 반 브릿지에 시한 소자 및/또는 카운트 수단이 부속되며, 1개 또는 양쪽의 스위치 소자에서 최대 전류를 초과한 때 에러가 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에러가 리셋트가능한 에러 메모리 내에 기억되며, 에러 메모리는 상기 마이크로컴퓨터에 의해 리셋트가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.
- 교축 밸브 또는 분사 펌프와 같은 내연 기관의 출력 설정 소자를 작동하는 전동기를 조작하는 전 브릿지 출력단을 구비하며 여기서 출력단에 적어도 1개의 펄스 폭 변조된 펄스 형상의 조작 신호가 마이크로컴퓨터로 부터 공급되는 차량에 있어서의 조작 장치에 있어서, 장치가, 적어도 1개의 조작 입력(E1,E2), 가능화/불가능화 입력(D), 전동기의 접속구 및 에러 정보의 출력(FF)을 갖는 집적 구성 소자이며 또한 상기 마이크로컴퓨터와 결합가능하며, 여기서 각 스위치 소자 내를 흐르는 전류가 측정되어 모니터되며, 최대치를 초과한 때 내부 전류 제한 및 전 브릿지 출력단의 각각의 스위치 소자의 개방이 행해지며, 적어도 1개의 스위치 소자에서 에러 상태가 소정 시간에 걸쳐 검출된 때 처음 에러 상태가 검출되어 출력단이 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 있어서의 부하의 조작 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
