Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの操作信号により操作されかつ負荷内の電流の流れに影響 を与える少なくとも2つのスイッチ要素と、 前記少なくとも1つの操作信号を発生する手段、とくにマイクロコンピュータ と、 装置の機能性をモニタする手段と、 を備えた車両における負荷の操作装置において、 前記スイッチ要素の各々を流れる電流が測定されかつそれぞれ個々の電流が所 定値に到達したかないしはそれを超えたかがモニタされ、ここで前記所定値に到 達したかないしはそれを超えたことが所定時間にわたり検出されたときにエラー 応答が行われることを特徴とする車両における負荷の操作装置。 2.前記操作信号がパルス幅変調信号であり、このパルス幅変調信号が操作要 素を介して前記スイッチ要素のそれぞれに供給されることを特徴とする請求項1 の装置。 3.前記スイッチ要素の各々を流れる電流が前記所定値を超えたときに、前記 操作信号に影響を与えることにより内部電流制限が行われるように前記操作要素 が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の装置。 4.前記スイッチ要素を流れる電流が最大値を超えたとき、カウント手段が1 だけ増加されおよび/または時限素子がスタートされることを特徴とする請求項 1ないし3のいずれかの装置。 5.前記スイッチ要素のエラー状態が検出されたとき、前記操作信号の次の操 作パルスにおいてそれぞれのスイッチ要素が再投入されることを特徴とする請求 項1ないし4のいずれかの装置。 6.エラー状態が存在しないとき、前記操作信号により前記カウント手段が1 だけ減少されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかの装置。 7.前記カウント手段のレベルが前記所定値を超えたときおよび/または前記 所定時間が経過したときエラー信号が発生され、これにより装置が完全に遮断さ れることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかの装置。 8.過大温度、作動電圧および/または論理基準電圧の低電圧ないし過電圧、 低電圧に対する保護として前記スイッチ要素を操作する充電ポンプが設けられて いることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかの装置。 9.装置の再投入が前記マイクロコンピュータにより行われることを特徴とす る請求項1ないし8のいずれかの装置。 10.フルブリッジ出力段が設けられ、ここで各ハーフブリッジに時限素子お よび/またはカウント手段が付属され、1つまたは両方のスイッチ要素において 最大電流を超えたときにエラーが検出されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9 のいずれかの装置。 11.エラーがリセット可能なエラーメモリ内に記憶され、エラーメモリは前 記マイクロコンピュータによりリセット可能であることを特徴とする請求項1な いし10のいずれかの装置。 12.絞り弁または噴射ポンプのような内燃機関の出力設定要素を作動する電 動機を操作するフルブリッジ出力段を備え、 ここで出力段に少なくとも1つのパルス幅変調されたパルス形状の操作信号が マイクロコンピュータから供給される、 車両における負荷の操作装置において、 装置が、少なくとも1つの操作入力(E1、E2)、可能化/不能化入力(D )、電動機の接続口およびエラー情報の出力(FF)を有する集積構成要素であ りかつ前記マイクロコンピュータと結合可能であり、 ここで各スイッチ要素内を流れる電流が測定されかつモニタされ、最大値を超 えたときに内部電流制限ならびにフルブリッジ出力段のそれぞれのスイッチ要素 の開放が行われ、少なくとも1つのスイッチ要素においてエラー状態が所定時間 にわたり検出されたときにはじめてエラー状態が検出されて出力段が遮断される 、ことを特徴とする車両における負荷の作動装置。
