- 4급 암모늄 유기 실란 화합물과 은 양이온, 폴리글루코사민, 아졸계 화합물 및 폴리헥사메틸렌 비구아나이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1 종, 바람직하게는 적어도 2 종, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 3 종, 가장 바람직하게는 적어도 4 종의 항균제;
가 비침출 방식으로 부착되어 있는, 텍스타일 재료. - 제38항에 있어서, 텍스타일 재료에 부착된 항균제가 제22항 및/또는 제23항에 정의된 바와 같은 총 중량 및/또는 제24항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 각각의 항균제에 대해 정의된 바와 같은 개별 중량을 가지는, 텍스타일 재료.
- 제38항 또는 제39항에 있어서, 비침출이란 텍스타일 재료의 중량을 기준으로 텍스타일 재료에 부착된 0.1 중량%의 항균제의 임의의 양에 대하여, 물에 노출 시 항균제 침출이 하기 방법에 따라 시험한 경우, 24 시간의 시험 기간 내, 바람직하게는 48 시간의 시험 기간 내, 보다 바람직하게는 72 시간의 시험 기간 내, 가장 바람직하게는 7 일의 시험 기간 내에 최대 5.0 ppm, 바람직하게는 최대 2.0 ppm, 보다 바람직하게는 최대 1.0 ppm인 것을 의미하는 텍스타일 재료:
- 텍스타일 재료를 텍스타일 재료 10 g 당 물 1000 ml의 비율로 바람직하게 증류 노출수에서 침지시키고,
- 텍스타일 재료를 시험 기간동안 바람직하게는 21 ℃ 내지 25 ℃의 온도에서 노출 수에 완전히 침지되도록 유지하고;
- 시험 기간 후에 노출 수를 추출하고, 바람직하게는 GC-MS 방법을 사용하여 각 항균제의 존재 여부를 시험한다. - 연속 재접종 후 건조 및 습식 교대 마모 사이클을 거쳐 10 분 이내에, 25 회 세탁 후, 바람직하게는 EPA 프로토콜 90072PA4에 따라 시험한 경우, 황색포도상구균 ATCC 6538 및/또는 ATCC 43300 및/또는 대장균 ATCC 11229 및/또는 녹농균 ATCC 15442 및/또는 살모넬라 엔테리카 (Salmonella enterica) ATCC 10708 및/또는 황색포도상구균 (MRSA) ATCC 33592 및/또는 ATCC 43300 및/또는 폐렴간균 ATCC 13883 및/또는 비브리오 콜레라균 ATCC 14035의 감소값이 적어도 99%, 바람직하게는 적어도 99.9%를 나타내고, 및/또는 클로스트리디움 디피실리균 ATCC 43598 포자의 감소값은 적어도 90%를 나타내는, 텍스타일 재료.
- 제42항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 브랜드명 비항균성, 비이온성 및 비-염소 함유 세탁 세제를 사용하여 85±15 ℃에서 40-50 분동안 세탁기에서 세탁된 후, 바람직하게는 표준 헹굼 사이클이 행해지고, 바람직하게는 62-96 ℃에서 20-30 분동안 건조된, 텍스타일 재료.
- 제37항 내지 제42항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 텍스타일 재료로 이루어지거나 또는 이를 포함하는 의류, 특히 의료용 의류, 보다 특히 중앙수술부 가운.
- 제43항에 있어서, 텍스타일 재료의 중량을 기준으로,
- 적어도 0.3 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.5 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 0.6 중량%에서 최대 0.9 중량%, 바람직하게는 최대 0.8 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 최대 0.7 중량% 양의 4급 암모늄 유기 실란 화합물; 및/또는
- 적어도 0.004 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.006 중량%, 및 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 0.008 중량%에서 최대 0.03 중량%, 바람직하게는 최대 0.02 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 최대 0.15 중량% 양의 무기 또는 유기 매트릭스에 포접된 은 양이온; 및/또는
- 적어도 0.1 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.15 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 0.2 중량%에서 최대 0.5 중량%, 바람직하게는 최대 0.4 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 최대 0.3 중량% 양의 아졸계 화합물; 및/또는
- 적어도 0.5 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.08 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 0.10 중량%에서 최대 0.3 중량%, 바람직하게는 최대 0.25 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 최대 0.2 중량% 양의 폴리헥사메틸렌 비구아나이드;
가 텍스타일 재료에 부착된 의류. - 제37항 내지 제42항 중 어느 한 항의 텍스타일 재료를 여과재로서 포함하는 정수 필터.
- 제45항에 있어서, 텍스타일 재료의 중량을 기준으로,
- 적어도 0.1 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.2 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 0.3 중량%에서 최대 0.7 중량%, 바람직하게는 최대 0.6 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 최대 0.5 중량% 양의 4급 암모늄 유기 실란 화합물; 및/또는
- 적어도 0.004 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.006 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 0.008 중량%에서 최대 0.03 중량%, 바람직하게는 최대 0.02 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 최대 0.15 중량% 양의 은 양이온; 및/또는

- 정상 작동시 필터를 통과하는 물에 함유된 대장균 ATCC 25922 및/또는 비브리오 콜레라균 ATCC14035 박테리아의 수를 적어도 99%, 바람직하게는 적어도 99.9%, 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 99.99%, 특히 적어도 99.999%, 및 가장 바람직하게는 적어도 99.9999%;
