도 2 는 본 발명의 제 1 실시형태의 스토커식 소각로의 개략 구성도이다.

Claims (6)
- 피소각물을 반송하면서 연소시키는 스토커와,
상기 피소각물이 연소됨으로써 발생하는 연소 가스를 상방으로 유도하는 연소 가스 유로와,
상기 스토커에 대하여 1 차 연소 공기를 공급하는 1 차 연소 공기 공급부와,
상기 연소 가스 유로를 유통한 상기 연소 가스를 처리한 후의 배기 가스를, 상기 연소 가스 유로에 형성된 재순환 배기 가스 노즐을 통해서 상기 연소 가스 유로에 환류시키고, 재순환 배기 가스로서 공급하는 재순환 배기 가스 공급부와,
상기 연소 가스 유로에 있어서의 상기 재순환 배기 가스 노즐보다 하류측에, 상기 연소 가스 유로에 형성된 2 차 연소 공기 노즐을 통해서 2 차 연소 공기를 공급하는 2 차 연소 공기 공급부를 갖고,
상기 재순환 배기 가스 노즐과 상기 2 차 연소 공기 노즐은 평면에서 보아 상이한 위치에 배치되어 있는 스토커식 소각로. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 재순환 배기 가스 노즐은, 상기 피소각물의 반송 방향을 따라 재순환 배기 가스를 공급하고,
상기 2 차 연소 공기 노즐은, 상기 피소각물의 반송 방향을 따라 상기 2 차 연소 공기를 공급하는 스토커식 소각로. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 재순환 배기 가스 노즐과 상기 2 차 연소 공기 노즐은 평면에서 보아 복수가 엇갈리게 배치되어 있는 스토커식 소각로. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 재순환 배기 가스 노즐은, 상기 스토커에 공급된 상기 피소각물에 의해 형성된 연료층의 표면으로부터 1000 ㎜ ∼ 2000 ㎜ 의 높이에 설치되어 있는 스토커식 소각로. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 재순환 배기 가스의 일부에 환원제를 첨가하여, 상기 2 차 연소 공기 노즐의 하류에 불어넣는 환원제 공급부를 갖는 스토커식 소각로. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 환원제는 상기 2 차 연소 공기 노즐의 하류의 노온 950 ℃ ∼ 1050 ℃ 의 범위에 불어넣어지는 스토커식 소각로.
