Description
도 2는 실시예 1에 의해 얻은 광촉매막의 표면을 주사형 전자현미경(SEM)으로 관찰한 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 실시예 2에 의해 얻은 광촉매막을 SEM으로 관찰한 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 실시예 4에 의해 얻은 광촉매막을 SEM으로 관찰한 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 비교예 1에 의해 얻은 광촉매막을 SEM으로 관찰한 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은 일본국 특개2006-162711호 공보(특허 문헌 1)에 개시된 광촉매막을 설명하기 위한 단면도이다.
Claims (7)
- 유리판과 상기 유리판의 표면에 형성된 광촉매막을 구비하고, 상기 광촉매막에 의해 상기 유리판에 입사하는 광의 반사율이 저감된 유리 물품으로서,
상기 광촉매막이, 산화규소 입자, 산화티탄 입자, 및 산화규소로 이루어지는 바인더 성분을 포함하고,
상기 산화규소 입자, 상기 산화티탄 입자, 및 상기 바인더 성분의 총량에 대해서, 상기 산화규소 입자가 50~82질량%, 상기 산화티탄 입자가 8~40질량%, 상기 바인더 성분이 7~20질량%의 범위로 포함되어 있고,
상기 산화규소 입자의 평균 입경이 상기 산화티탄 입자의 평균 입경의 5배 이상이며,
상기 광촉매막에 포함되는 일부의 산화규소 입자가, 돌출 산화규소 입자이며,
상기 광촉매막에 포함되는 일부의 산화티탄 입자가, 상기 돌출 산화규소 입자와 상기 유리판의 사이에 개재되어 있는, 유리 물품.
단, 돌출 산화규소 입자란, 1)상기 유리판에 접촉되어 있지 않고, 2)당해 산화규소 입자에 접촉하는 산화티탄 입자가 있는 경우에는 당해 산화티탄 입자의 정상부보다 상기 유리판으로부터 떨어진 위치에, 당해 산화규소 입자에 접촉하는 산화티탄 입자가 없는 경우에는 당해 산화규소 입자에 가장 근접한 산화티탄 입자의 정상부보다 상기 유리판으로부터 떨어진 위치에, 그 정상부를 가지며, 3)그 정상부가 상기 광촉매막의 표면에 노출되어 있는, 산화규소 입자를 가리킨다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산화규소 입자, 상기 산화티탄 입자, 및 상기 바인더 성분의 총량에 대해서, 상기 산화규소 입자가 50~57질량%, 상기 산화티탄 입자가 30~40질량%, 상기 바인더 성분이 8~14질량%의 범위로 포함되어 있는, 유리 물품. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산화규소 입자, 상기 산화티탄 입자, 및 상기 바인더 성분의 총량에 대해서, 상기 산화규소 입자가 60~82질량%, 상기 산화티탄 입자가 8~25질량%, 상기 바인더 성분이 10~20질량%의 범위로 포함되어 있는, 유리 물품. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 산화규소 입자, 상기 산화티탄 입자, 및 상기 바인더 성분의 총량에 대해서, 상기 산화규소 입자가 65~75질량%, 상기 산화티탄 입자가 13~23질량%, 상기 바인더 성분이 10~16질량%의 범위로 포함되어 있는, 유리 물품. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유리판의 표면에 설정한 한 변이 500㎚인 정방형의 영역에 있어서, 상기 돌출 산화규소 입자가 4개 이상 존재하는, 유리 물품. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 돌출 산화규소 입자가, 돌출 산화규소 입자에 해당하지 않는 산화규소 입자를 개재하여 상기 유리판에 고정되어 있는, 유리 물품. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광촉매막에 포함되는 일부의 산화티탄 입자가, 돌출 산화규소 입자에 해당하지 않는 산화규소 입자 상에서 응집한 상태에서 상기 광촉매막의 표면에 노출되어 있는, 유리 물품.
