Claims (10)
- 방향족 디올 단위, 방향족 디카르복실산 단위 및 방향족 하이드록시카르복실산 단위 중 적어도 2종을 필수 단위로서 함유하는 주쇄형 액정성 폴리에스테르로서, 주쇄 말단 중 적어도 한쪽에 양이온 중합성 기를 보유하는 구조단위를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주쇄형 액정성 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디올 단위가 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 카테콜 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 주쇄형 액정성 폴리에스테르:이 식에서, -X는 다음과 같은 기 중에서 선택되는 것이다:-H, -CH3, -C2H5, -CH2CH2CH3, -CH(CH3)2, -CH2CH2CH2CH3, -CH2CH(CH3)CH3, -CH(CH3)CH2CH3, -C(CH3)3, -OCH3, -OC2H5, -OC6H5, -OCH2C6H5, -F, -Cl, -Br, -NO2또는 -CN.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주쇄형 액정성 폴리에스테르가, 용융 상태에서 액정 상태를 나타내고, 페놀/테트라클로로에탄 혼합 용매(중량비 60/40) 중, 30℃에서 측정한 고유 점도 η가 0.03 내지 0.50 dl/g 인 것을 특징으로 하는 주쇄형 액정성 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 양이온 중합성 기가, 비닐옥시기, 에폭시기 및 옥세타닐기로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 주쇄형 액정성 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 화학식 A로 표시되는 방향족 디올, 하기 화학식 B로 표시되는 방향족 디카르복실산, 및 하기 화학식 C로 표시되는 방향족 하이드록시카르복실산으로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적어도 2종의 화합물, 및 하기 화학식 D로 표시되는 양이온 중합성 기를 함유하는 1 작용성 방향족 화합물을 중합시켜 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주쇄형 액정성 폴리에스테르:이 식 중에서, -X, -Y, -Z는 각 구조 단위 마다 각각 독립적으로 다음과 같은 기 중 임의의 기를 나타낸다:-X : -H, -CH3, -C2H5, -CH2CH2CH3, -CH(CH3)2, -CH2CH2CH2CH3, -CH2CH(CH3)CH3, -CH(CH3)CH2CH3, -C(CH3)3, -OCH3, -OC2H5, -OC6H5, -OCH2C6H5, -F, -Cl, -Br, -NO2또는-CN;-Y : 단일결합, -(CH2)n-, -O-, -O-(CH2)n-, -(CH2)n-O-, -O-(CH2)n-O-, -O-CO-, -CO-O-, -O-CO-(CH2)n-, -CO-O(CH2)n-, -(CH2)n-O-CO-, -(CH2)n-CO-O-, -O-(CH2)n-O-CO-, -O-(CH2)n-CO-O-, -O-CO-(CH2)n-O-, -CO-O-(CH2)n-O-, -O-CO-(CH2)n-O-CO-, -O-CO-(CH2)n-CO-O-, -CO-O-(CH2)n-O-CO-, 또는 -CO-O-(CH2)n-CO-O- (단, n은 1 내지 12의 정수를 나타낸다); 및-Z :
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 주쇄형 액정성 폴리에스테르와 광 양이온 발생제 및/또는 열 양이온 발생제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정성 조성물.
- 제6항에 기재된 액정성 조성물 층을 배향능을 가진 필름 상에 형성시키고, 열처리에 의해 액정 배향시킨 후, 광조사 및/또는 가열처리에 의해 양이온 중합성기를 중합시킴으로써 액정 배향을 고정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정필름의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 기재된 제조방법에 따라 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름이, 일축 또는 꼬인 위상차 필름, 콜레스테릭 배향형 원편광 반사 필름 및 네마틱 하이브리드 배향형 보상 필름 중 어느 것의 기능을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제9항에 기재된 광학 필름을 적어도 1매 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
