Claims (31)
- 소수성 및/또는 발유 표면 코팅을 포함하는 유리를 트리밍할 수 있는 방법으로서, 상기 유리 표면에 임시 보호층을 코팅하여 상기 유리에 적어도 15mJ/㎡의 표면 에너지를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층의 코팅전에는, 상기 소수성 및/또는 발유 표면 코팅을 포함하는 유리는 14mJ/㎡ 이하의 초기 표면 에너지를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 초기 표면 에너지는 12mJ/㎡ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 상기 유리의 두 면중 적어도 하나의 전체를 커버하는 영역에 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 상기 유리의 유지 패드가 부착되는 영역에만 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 연속 구조를 나타내는것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 불연속 구조를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 스크린 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 무기물층인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 하나 이상의 금속 불소 또는 하나 이상의 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 불소는 MgF2, LaF3, AlF3또는 CeF3인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 산화물은 티타니아, 알루미나 또는 지르코니아중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 증착에 의해 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 50㎚ 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 1 내지 50㎚ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 5 내지 50㎚ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 안과용 유리의 마킹 잉크 및/또는 결합제를 형성하는 중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 적어도 5 미크론의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 및/또는 발유 표면 코팅은 불소 그룹을 포함하는 실란을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 및/또는 발유 표면 코팅은 10㎚ 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리는 반사 방지 코팅을 포함하며 그 위에 상기 소수성 및/또는 발유 코팅이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 상기 반사 방지 코팅은 무기질 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 상기 반사 방지 코팅은 수 개의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21항 내지 23항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반사 방지 코팅은 증착에 의해 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 트리밍에 적합한 유리로서, 소수성 및/또는 발유 코팅을 포함하며, 임시 보호층이 그 위에 코팅되어 상기 유리에 적어도 15mJ/㎡의 표면 에너지를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리.
- 소수성 및/또는 발유 표면 특성을 갖는 트리밍된 유리를 얻기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 방법은:1) 제 25항에 따른 유리를 선택하는 단계;2) 상기 유리를 에이콘 요소로 유지하는 단계;3) 상기 유리를 트리밍하는 단계;4) 상기 유리에서 상기 에이콘 요소를 제거하는 단계;5) 상기 트리밍된 유리를 회복시키는 단계; 및6) 상기 유리를 그 소수성 및/또는 발유 표면 특성으로 복원하기 위하여 상기 임시 보호층을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 상기 임시 보호층 제거 단계는 상기 5 단계에서 산성 용액으로 회복된 유리를 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 상기 산성 용액은 정인산 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 상기 임시 보호층 제거 단계는 건조 와이핑 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 26항 내지 29항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제거 단계는 초음파 적용도포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 26항 내지 30항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 임시 보호층 제거 단계는 실질적으로 pH 7의 수용액에 의한 세정 단계도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
