Claims (23)
- 안과용 유리를 트리밍하기 위한 방법으로서,(a)하기의 코팅들을 포함하는 트리밍할 안과용 유리를 얻는 단계;(i)상기 안과용 유리를 트리밍에 부적합하게 만드는 12mJ/m2 이하의 초기 표면 에너지를 갖는 소수성, 발유성 또는 소수성 및 발유성 표면 코팅; 및(ii)상기 소수성, 발유성 또는 소수성 및 발유성 표면 코팅 상의 적어도 하나의 금속 불화물을 포함하는 무기질 임시 코팅으로서, 접착 유지 패드와 상기 안과용 유리의 표면 사이의 접착을 허용하는 적어도 15mJ/m2의 표면에너지를 상기 안과용 유리의 표면에 부여하는 무기질 임시 코팅;(b)상기 안과용 유리를, 상기 접착 유지 패드에 접착시켜, 유지 장치에 고정시키는 단계;(c)상기 안과용 유리를 유리 프레임에 적합하게 하는 치수로 상기 안과용 유리를 맞추기 위해 상기 안과용 유리의 모서리 또는 주변을 기계가공하는 것을 포함하는, 상기 안과용 유리를 트리밍하는 단계;및(d)상기 무기질 임시 코팅을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 접착 유지 패드는 상기 안과용 유리의 표면과 에이콘 요소 사이에 배열되는 방법.
