Claims (36)
- 두개의 주된 측면을 포함하고, 적어도 하나의 측면은 MgF2 임시 보호층이 코팅된 유기 또는 무기 외부층을 포함하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법으로서, 상기 방법은:- 상기 임시 보호층을 액상 화학 처리하여, 상기 임시 보호층 내부, 상기 임시 보호층 위, 또는 상기 임시 보호층 내부와 상기 임시 보호층 위에 MgO, Mg(OH)2, 또는 MgO와 Mg(OH)2를 형성하는 단계;-상기 임시 보호층 위에 적어도 하나의 비 불소화 금속 산화물, 적어도 하나의 비 불소화 금속 수산화물, 또는 적어도 하나의 비 불소화 금속 산화물과 적어도 하나의 비 불소화 금속 수산화물을, 정전막으로부터의 전이를 통해 퇴적하거나 상기 임시 보호층 바로 위에 진공 증착을 통해 퇴적하는 단계;및-상기 외부층 위에 상기 MgF2 임시 보호층을 0.5nm/s미만의 속도로 진공 증착을 통해 퇴적하는 단계 중에서 선택되는 특정 처리 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 외부층은 소수성, 소유성, 또는 소수성 및 소유성 표면 코팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 외부층 위에 상기 MgF2 임시 보호층을 퇴적하는 단계는 0.3nm/s이하의 속도로 진공 증착을 통해 퇴적하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부층은 30nm미만의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부층은 1nm 내지 20nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부층은 1nm 내지 10nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부층은 비 반사 코팅상에 퇴적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 비 반사 코팅은 다층구조인것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 임시 보호층은 5 내지 50nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액상 화학 처리는 30 내지 50℃ 온도의 비 탈이온화 및 비 증류 수로 상기 MgF2 임시 보호층을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액상 화학 처리는 소다 수용액으로 상기 MgF2 임시 보호층을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액상 화학 처리는 하이포아염소산 나트륨(sodium hypochlorite) 수용액으로 상기 MgF2 임시 보호층을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 수용액의 온도는 14 내지 40℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 수용액의 온도는 14 내지 20℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 수용액 중 상기 소다의 몰 농도는 0.01 내지 0.1mol/liter인 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 하이포아염소산 나트륨 수용액의 염소정량도는 0.1 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 MgF2 임시 보호층을 접촉시키는 단계는 적어도 10초와 동일한 기간 동안에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 MgF2 임시 보호층을 접촉시키는 단계는 적어도 10초와 동일한 기간 동안에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 MgF2 임시 보호층을 접촉시키는 단계는 적어도 10초와 동일한 기간 동안에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 액상 화학 처리는 이어서 물을 이용한 헹굼단계 및 건조 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 액상 화학 처리는 이어서 물을 이용한 헹굼단계 및 건조 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 액상 화학 처리는 이어서 물을 이용한 헹굼단계 및 건조 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은 마그네슘 산화물, 칼슘 산화물, 프라세오디뮴 산화물, 세륨 산화물 또는 상기 산화물 중 둘 이상의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 수산화물은 마그네슘 수산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 MgO 퇴적은,- 정전 막상으로 MgO를 진공 증착하는 단계;- 상기 MgF2 임시 보호층이 코팅된 상기 렌즈의 측면상에 상기 정전 막을 퇴적하는 단계;및- MgF2상에 MgO가 남게, 상기 정전 막을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 MgO 퇴적은 MgO 진공 증착을 통하여 수행되며, 상기 형성된 MgO층은 1 내지 5 nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 주된 측면들이 MgF2 임시 보호층이 코팅된 외부층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈의 처리 방법.
- 소수성, 소유성, 또는 소수성 및 소유성 코팅 층을 포함하며, MgF2 임시 보호층이 상기 소수성, 소유성, 또는 소수성 및 소유성 코팅 상에 퇴적되는 안경 렌즈로서, 적어도 하나의 비 불소화 금속 산화물, 적어도 하나의 비 불소화 금속 수산화물, 또는 적어도 하나의 비 불소화 금속 산화물과 적어도 하나의 비 불소화 금속 수산화물의 층이 상기 MgF2 보호 층상에 퇴적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈.
- 제 28항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은, 마그네슘 산화물, 칼슘 산화물, 프라세오디뮴 산화물, 세륨 산화물 또는 상기 산화물중 둘 이상의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈.
- 제 28항 또는 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 비 불소화 금속 수산화물은 마그네슘 수산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈.
- 제 28항 또는 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 소수성, 소유성, 또는 소수성 및 소유성 코팅 층은 30nm이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈.
- 제 28항 또는 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 소수성, 소유성, 또는 소수성 및 소유성 코팅 층은 1 내지 20nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈.
- 제 28항 또는 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 소수성, 소유성, 또는 소수성 및 소유성 코팅 층은 1 내지 10nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈.
- 제 28항 또는 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 소수성, 소유성, 또는 소수성 및 소유성 코팅 층은 비 반사 코팅 상에 퇴적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈.
- 제 28항 또는 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 안경 렌즈는 상기 비 불소화 금속 산화물, 비 불소화 금속 수산화물, 또는 비 불소화 금속 산화물과 비 불소화 금속 수산화물 층상의 정전 막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈.
- 제 28항 또는 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은 MgO인 것을 특징으로 하는 안경 렌즈.
