Claims (20)
- 렌즈의 표면을 최소 일부분을 커버하고 마찰 및/또는 접촉을 통해 물리적으로 변경될 수 있는 1 이상의 외각층(outer layer)을 포함하며, 마그네슘 플로라이드를 포함하는 아래층(underlying layer)과 직접 접촉하고 있는 금속 산화물 및/또는 금속 수산화물 외각층은 제외한 일시적 외각 보호 코팅(temporary outer protective coating)을 포함한 광학 렌즈로서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅은 외각층에 정전기적으로 결합된 박리성 필름으로 코팅되며, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅은 상기 렌즈의 에징 동안에 파지 패드에 상기 렌즈를 부착시킬 정도의 양으로 상기 렌즈의 표면을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅의 외각층(outer layer)은 금속 플루오르화물 및 이의 혼합물, 금속 산화물 및 이의 혼합물, 금속 수산화물 및 이의 혼합물, 이러한 금속플루오르화물, 산화물 및 수산화물의 둘이상의 혼합물, 광학 렌즈용 마킹 잉크(marking ink) 및 상기 마킹 잉크의 결합제(binding agent)를 형성할 수 있는 수지로부터 선택된 수지로부터 선택된 물질로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 플루오르화물은 MgF2, LaF3, AlF3 및 CeF3 에서 선택되고, 상기 금속 산화물은 MgO, CaO, TiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2 및 Pr2O3 에서 선택되고, 상기 금속 수산화물은 Mg(OH)2, Ca(OH)2 및 Al(OH)3 에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅의 외각층은 금속 플루오르화물로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅은 미네랄이며 두께가 1 내지 50 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅의 외각층(outer layer)은 15 mJ/㎡ 이상의 표면에너지(surface energy)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅은 15% 내지 100%의 렌즈의 표면적을 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅은 다중층 코팅(multilayered coating)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅은 증기상(vapour phase)에서 증착된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 정전기 박리성 필름(electrostatic peelable film)은 1 이상의 가소제(plasticizer)를 20 중량% 내지 60 중량% 함유하는 플라스틱 물질로 이루어진 유연 필름(flexible film)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 물질 필름은 1 이상의 가소제를 30 중량% 내지 60 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 물질 유연 필름은 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC) 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 정전기 필름은 100 내지 200㎛ 의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅은 소수성 및/또는 소유성 표면 코팅 위로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 및/또는 소유성 표면 코팅은 14 mJ/㎡ 이하의 표면에너지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 및/또는 소유성 표면 코팅은 2 내지 10 nm 의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 및/또는 소유성 표면 코팅은 항-반사(anti-reflection) 코팅 위로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 광학렌즈의 에징(edging) 방법:- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학렌즈를 제공하는 단계;- 물리적(mechanically)으로 변경가능한 외각층을 드러내기(lay bare) 위해 정전기 박리성 필름을 제거하는 단계;- 파지 패드(holding pad)를 포함하는 에징 장치(edging device)에 광학 렌즈를 배치시킴으로써, 상기 파지 패드를 물리적으로 변경가능한 외각층에 부착시키는 단계;- 광학렌즈를 에징하는 단계;- 일시적 보호 코팅을 제거하는 단계; 및- 에징된 최종 광학 렌즈를 회수(recovering)하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 외각 보호 코팅의 외각층은 MgF2로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 렌즈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 및/또는 소유성 표면 코팅은 12 mJ/m2 이하의 표면에너지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 렌즈.
