Claims (10)
- 폴리카보네이트 수지를 함유하는 기재층의 적어도 편면에, 메타크릴 수지를 함유하는 표면층이 적층된 적층 시트로서,
상기 기재층이 착색제를 포함하고,
총두께가 3.0 ∼ 10.0 ㎜ 이고,
상기 기재층의 두께를 T1, 상기 표면층의 총두께를 T2 로 했을 때에 T1 > T2 를 충족하고,
전광선 투과율이 10 ∼ 40 % 이고,
파장 1500 ㎚ 에 있어서의 투과율이 60 % 이하이고,
JIS Z 8781-4 로 정의되는 L*a*b* 색공간에 있어서, a* 값의 절대값이 10.0 이하, b* 의 절대값이 10.0 이하이고,
수지 글레이징용인, 적층 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 착색제가 카본 블랙 및/또는 유기 염료인, 적층 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 표면층이 적외선 흡수제를 포함하는, 적층 시트. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 적외선 흡수제가,
일반식 WyOz (식 중, W 는 텅스텐, O 는 산소, 2.2 ≤ z/y ≤ 2.999) 로 나타내는 텅스텐 산화물 미립자,
일반식 MxWyOz (식 중, M 은, H, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 및 희토류 원소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 원소, W 는 텅스텐, O 는 산소, 0.001 ≤ x/y ≤ 1, 2.2 ≤ z/y ≤ 3) 로 나타내는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자,
일반식 LaXO3 (식 중, X 는, Ni, Co, Fe, 및 Mn 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 금속 원소) 으로 나타내는 복합 산화물 미립자,
일반식 XBm (식 중, X 는, Y, Sr, Ca, 및 란타노이드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 금속 원소, 4.0 ≤ m ≤ 6.2) 으로 나타내는 붕화물 미립자,
인듐주석 산화물 미립자, 및
안티몬주석 산화물 미립자로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 미립자인, 적층 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 표면층은, 메타크릴 수지 5 ∼ 90 질량% 와, 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위 및 무수 말레산 단위를 포함하는 공중합체 95 ∼ 10 질량% 를 포함하는, 적층 시트. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체는, 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위 50 ∼ 84 질량%, 무수 말레산 단위 15 ∼ 49 질량%, 및 메타크릴산에스테르 단위 1 ∼ 35 질량% 를 포함하는, 적층 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 표면층은, 메타크릴 수지와 다층 구조 고무 입자를 포함하는, 적층 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 표면층 상에 추가로 내찰상성층, 현광 방지층, 또는 반사 방지층을 갖는, 적층 시트. - 공압출 성형에 의해 상기 기재층과 상기 표면층의 적층 구조를 형성하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 적층 시트의 제조 방법.
