Claims (13)
- 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 층의 적어도 편면에 메타크릴 수지를 함유하는 층이 적층된 압출 수지판의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 압출 수지판은, 75 ~ 125 ℃ 범위 내의 일정 온도에서 5 시간 가열하였을 때, 가열 전후의 쌍방에 있어서, 압출 성형시의 폭 방향 200 ㎜, 압출 성형시의 흐름 방향 100 ㎜ 의 장방형상의 시험편에 대해 측정되는 휨량이 0 ∼ ±0.15 ㎜ 이고,
상기 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 층의 적어도 편면에 상기 메타크릴 수지를 함유하는 층이 적층된 열가소성 수지 적층체를 용융 상태에서 T 다이로부터 공압출하고,
서로 인접하는 3 개 이상의 냉각 롤을 사용하여, 상기 용융 상태의 열가소성 수지 적층체를, 제 n 번째 (단, n ≥ 1) 의 냉각 롤과 제 n+1 번째의 냉각 롤 사이에 끼우고, 제 n+1 번째의 냉각 롤에 감는 조작을 n = 1 에서부터 복수 회 반복함으로써 냉각시키고,
냉각 후에 얻어진 상기 압출 수지판을 인취 롤에 의해 인취하는 공정 (X) 를 포함하고,
제 2 번째의 상기 냉각 롤과 제 3 번째의 상기 냉각 롤 사이에 끼워져 있을 때의 상기 열가소성 수지 적층체의 전체 온도 (TX) 를, 상기 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 층의 유리 전이 온도에 대하여 +15 ℃ 이상으로 하고,
마지막의 상기 냉각 롤로부터 박리하는 위치에 있어서의 상기 열가소성 수지 적층체의 전체 온도 (TT) 를, 상기 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 층의 유리 전이 온도에 대하여 +5 ℃ ∼ +19 ℃ 의 범위로 하고,
마지막의 상기 냉각 롤로부터 박리하는 위치에 있어서의 상기 열가소성 수지 적층체의 전체 온도 (TT) 와 마지막의 상기 냉각 롤로부터 박리하는 위치로부터 하류측 1 m 의 상기 열가소성 수지 적층체의 전체 온도 (TM) 의 차 (TT - TM) 를 17 ℃ 이하로 하고,
상기 인취 롤의 주속도 (V4) 와 제 2 번째의 상기 냉각 롤의 주속도 (V2) 의 주속도비 (V4/V2) 를 0.98 이상 1.0 미만으로 하는, 압출 수지판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메타크릴 수지를 함유하는 층의 유리 전이 온도가 115 ℃ 이상이고,
상기 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 층의 선팽창률 (S1) 과 상기 메타크릴 수지를 함유하는 층의 선팽창률 (S2) 의 차 (S2 - S1) 와, 상기 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 층의 선팽창률 (S1) 의 비 ((S2 - S1)/S1) 가 -10 % ∼ +10 % 인, 압출 수지판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메타크릴 수지를 함유하는 층이, 메타크릴 수지 5 ∼ 80 질량% 와, 방향족 비닐 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위 및 무수 말레산에서 유래하는 구조 단위를 함유하는 공중합체 95 ∼ 20 질량% 를 함유하는, 압출 수지판의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체가, 상기 방향족 비닐 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위 50 ∼ 84 질량%, 무수 말레산에서 유래하는 구조 단위 15 ∼ 49 질량%, 및 메타크릴산에스테르에서 유래하는 구조 단위 1 ∼ 35 질량% 를 함유하는, 압출 수지판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
공정 (X) 후에 추가로, 상기 압출 수지판을 75 ∼ 125 ℃ 의 온도에서 1 ∼ 30 시간 가열하는 공정 (Y) 를 포함하고,
가열 전후의 쌍방에 있어서, 상기 압출 수지판은, 압출 성형시의 폭 방향 200 ㎜, 압출 성형시의 흐름 방향 100 ㎜ 의 장방형상의 시험편에 대해 측정되는 휨량이 0 ∼ ±0.2 ㎜ 인, 압출 수지판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
공정 (X) 후에 추가로, 상기 압출 수지판을 75 ∼ 125 ℃ 의 온도에서 1 ∼ 30 시간 가열하는 공정 (Y) 를 포함하고,
가열 전후의 쌍방에 있어서, 상기 압출 수지판은, 적어도 폭 방향의 일부의 면내의 리타데이션값이 50 ∼ 330 ㎚ 이고, 가열 전에 대한 가열 후의 상기 압출 수지판의 상기 리타데이션값의 저하율이 30 % 미만인, 압출 수지판의 제조 방법. - 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 층의 적어도 편면에 메타크릴 수지를 함유하는 층이 적층된 압출 수지판으로서,
상기 메타크릴 수지를 함유하는 층의 유리 전이 온도가 115 ℃ 이상이고,
75 ∼ 125 ℃ 의 범위 내의 일정 온도에서 5 시간 가열하였을 때, 가열 전후의 쌍방에 있어서, 압출 성형시의 폭 방향 200 ㎜, 압출 성형시의 흐름 방향 100 ㎜ 의 장방형상의 시험편에 대해 측정되는 휨량이 0 ∼ ±0.15 ㎜ 이고,
적어도 폭 방향의 일부의 면내의 리타데이션값이 50 ∼ 330 ㎚ 이고,

상기 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 층의 선팽창률 (S1) 과 상기 메타크릴 수지를 함유하는 층의 선팽창률 (S2) 의 차 (S2 - S1) 와, 상기 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 층의 선팽창률 (S1) 의 비 ((S2 - S1)/S1) 가 -10 % ∼ +10 % 인, 압출 수지판. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 압출 수지판을 75 ℃ 또는 125 ℃ 의 온도에서 5 시간 가열하였을 때, 가열 전후의 쌍방에 있어서, 압출 성형시의 폭 방향 200 ㎜, 압출 성형시의 흐름 방향 100 ㎜ 의 장방형상의 시험편에 대해 측정되는 휨량이 0 ∼ ±0.15 ㎜ 이고,
적어도 폭 방향의 일부의 면내의 리타데이션값이 50 ∼ 330 ㎚ 이고,
가열 전에 대한 가열 후의 상기 리타데이션값의 저하율이 30 % 미만인, 압출 수지판. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
가열 전후의 쌍방에 있어서, 적어도 폭 방향의 일부의 면내의 리타데이션값이 80 ∼ 250 ㎚ 인, 압출 수지판. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
가열 전에 대한 가열 후의 상기 리타데이션값의 저하율이 15 % 미만인, 압출 수지판. - 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 압출 수지판과, 당해 압출 수지판의 적어도 일방의 표면에 형성된 내찰상성층을 구비하는, 적층판.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 압출 수지판과, 당해 압출 수지판의 적어도 일방의 표면에 형성된 미러막 또는 하프 미러막을 구비하는, 적층판.
