Claims (10)
- 서로 적층되며, 양면이 절연 피막에 의해 피복된 복수의 전자 강판과,
적층 방향으로 인접하는 상기 전자 강판끼리의 사이에 배치되며, 이들 전자 강판끼리를 접착하는 접착부를 구비하고,
상기 적층 방향으로 인접하는 상기 전자 강판끼리의 모든 조가, 복수의 상기 접착부에 의해 접착되고,
상기 접착부를 형성하는 접착제가, 속경화형 접착제 및 열경화형 접착제이고,
상기 적층 방향으로 인접하는 상기 전자 강판끼리의 사이에 있어서, 상기 접착부가 부분적으로 마련되고,
상기 접착부가, 상기 속경화형 접착제로 형성된 제1 접착부와, 상기 열경화형 접착제로 형성된 제2 접착부를 포함하고,
상기 접착부가, 각각의 상기 전자 강판의 티스부 사이에 마련된 상기 제1 접착부와, 코어 백부 사이에 마련된 상기 제2 접착부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 접착부가 평균 직경 3㎜ 이상 7㎜ 이하의 점상이며, 상기 제2 접착부가 평균 직경 5㎜ 이상 10㎜ 이하의 점상이고,
각각의 상기 전자 강판 사이에 있어서, 상기 접착부에 의한 총 접착 면적에 대하여, 상기 제1 접착부의 접착 면적의 비율이 5% 이상 50% 미만이고, 상기 제2 접착부의 접착 면적의 비율이 50% 이상 95% 이하이며,
각각의 상기 전자 강판 사이에 있어서의, 상기 접착부에 의한 티스부의 접착 면적률 QB0이 10% 이상 70% 이하이고, 상기 접착부에 의한 코어 백부의 접착 면적률 QA0이 40% 이상 90% 이하이며,
상기 제1 접착부에 의한 상기 코어 백부의 접착 면적률 QA1이 0% 이상 50%이하이며,
상기 제2 접착부에 의한 상기 코어 백부의 접착 면적률 QA2가 5% 이상 90% 이하이며,
상기 제1 접착부에 의한 상기 티스부의 접착 면적률 QB1이 5% 이상 70% 이하이며,
상기 제2 접착부에 의한 상기 티스부의 접착 면적률 QB2가 0% 이상 65% 이하인, 스테이터용 접착 적층 코어. - 삭제

- 제1항에 기재된 스테이터용 접착 적층 코어의 제조 방법이며,
상기 전자 강판의 표면의 일부에 상기 속경화형 접착제와 상기 열경화형 접착제를 도포한 후에 다른 전자 강판 상에 겹쳐서 압착하여, 상기 접착부를 형성하는 조작을 반복하는, 스테이터용 접착 적층 코어의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 기재된 스테이터용 접착 적층 코어를 구비하는 회전 전기 기기.
