그 사이에 제 1 두께를 획정(define)하는 실질적으로 평탄한 제 2 표면에 대향되는 실질적으로 평탄한 제 1 표면을 갖는 실리콘으로 만들어진 제 1 층으로서; 상기 제 1 층은 외부 주변부 및 상기 외부 주변부 내의 돌출 위치에서 상기 제 1 표면으로부터 밖으로 연장하는 돌출부를 가지며; 상기 제 1 두께는 실질적으로 균일하고, 상기 돌출부는 상기 제 1 층의 증가된 제 1 두께에 의해 획정되는, 상기 제 1 층;
