Abstract
本实用新型是一种外科基本技巧训练箱,由箱体和箱盖组成,箱体的内部设置有训练装置,训练装置包括有固定夹、训练板和血管吻合模拟器。训练者能在训练板和血管吻合模拟器上做结扎、切开、缝合和止血等的外科基本技巧训练,具有训练的可操性强、模拟的真实性,还有携带方便、成本低廉等优点。

本实用新型属于医疗教学器械领域,具体涉及外科基本技巧训练。
背景技术
外科技巧的训练是成为一名合格外科医生的必修课,外科基本技巧包括:切开、缝合、结扎、止血等,具体它包括浅部、深部的技巧训练,肠道、血管吻合和皮肤、肌腱,筋膜等的缝合技巧。在临床教学和实习过程中,一般的练习缺少系统和规范,如用实验动物和模拟人练习成本昂贵,训练机会较少。此训练箱实现一种练习科目完善、廉价、仿真度高,可调节难度,规范的训练设备。

本实用新型的目的实现一种练习科目完善、廉价、仿真度高,可调节难度,规范的训练设备。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种外科基本技巧训练箱,由箱体和箱盖组成,所述箱体的内部设置有训练装置。
所述训练装置包括有固定夹、训练板和血管吻合模拟器。
所述固定夹安装在箱体的左侧壁和右侧壁上,固定夹上夹持有训练板。
所述箱体的左右侧面上开设有安装固定夹用的安装孔,所述固定夹设置有连接柱,连接柱穿过安装孔。
所述箱体的左右侧面由上至下至少设置有三排安装孔,每一排有两个对称安装孔。
所述训练板和模拟血管上标示有进针点图案,结扎训练板上规律分布有易拉脱颗粒,张力结训练板中间有椭圆形掏空。
所述箱体的左右侧面分别开通有两长条形的通槽,所述血管吻合模拟器包括若干血管夹和固定轴,血管夹穿设在固定轴上,所述固定轴架设在两个通槽之间。
所述长条形的通槽可以垂直开设在箱体的左右两个侧面上。
所述箱盖的反面设置有放置手术器械的若干个凹槽。
所述训练板的材料为橡胶片,模拟血管为橡胶管。
本实用新型在箱体的内部设置了训练板和血管吻合模拟器,可以在训练板和血管吻合模拟器做结扎、切开、缝合和止血等的外科基本技巧训练。它有训练的可操性强、仿真,携带方便、成本低廉,训练规范,可调节难度等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图,对本实用新型作详细描述:
如各图所示,本实用新型由箱体1和箱盖2组成,箱体1的内部设置有训练装置。所述训练装置包括训练板4、固定夹3和血管吻合模拟器,训练板4和血管吻合模拟器训练时分开使用。训练板4主要训练切开、缝合和结扎,血管吻合模拟器主要训练血管吻合。
如图1、图2所示,所述箱体1的左侧壁和右侧壁上固定有两个夹紧训练板4用的固定夹3。所述箱体1的左右侧面上开设有安装固定夹3用的安装孔9。训练板4的两端固定固定夹3中,所述固定夹设置有连接柱10,连接柱10穿过安装孔用螺栓将其固定。所述训练板4上标示有进针点位置的图案。它借鉴书法中描红的办法,按训练板4上标示出的进针点、边距和针距,进行规范式的缝合练习。采用这种方式训练,可以作多种形式的缝合练习,如皮肤缝合、褥式缝合,八字缝合,血管缝合、皮内缝合和连续缝合等。箱体1侧面上开设的通孔由上至下有四排。训练时,固定夹3可根据训练的难度调节深浅度。初练时,固定夹3安装在最上一排。可逐步往下调,以提高训练难度。
如图3、图4所示,所述箱体1的左右侧面分别开通有两长条形的通槽8,所述长条形的通槽8垂直开设在箱体1的左右两个侧面上。所述血管吻合模拟器包括若干血管夹7和固定轴5。管夹7穿设在固定轴5上,所述固定轴5架设在两个通槽8之间。固定在固定轴上的管夹7可沿轴向移动,根据实际练习时的需要,调节管夹7之间的距离。练习时,用血管夹7夹住两段橡胶管6,并使两端头接触,这样便可进行“血管”吻合练习。固定轴5装在通槽8中,可在此通槽8中作上下调节。需加大训练难度时,则往下调节,反之,则往上调节。
如图6所示,所述箱盖2的反面设置有放置手术器械的若干个凹槽,各个凹槽的形状均设置成与手术器械对应的形状。手术器械(包括持针器、剪刀、镊子、止血钳、丝线等)放置于对应形状的各个凹槽中,方便取舍。
如图7、图8、图9、图10和图11所示,所述训练板用橡胶片做成,具有仿真人体组织,其张力和厚度适中。图7为一般的缝合训练,训练板4上标示有进针点11的图案,训练时,将训练板切开后形成切口12,按照图案上的针点11顺序进行走针缝合切口12,能达到规范手术操作的作用。同样道理,图8可以模拟荷包缝合法,图9可以模拟张力缝合法,图10可以模拟血管吻合。图11上橡胶片上规律分布易拉脱颗粒,模拟止血和结扎。
本实用新型结构简单,可实现多项基本的外科技巧训练,成本低廉。箱盖2设置有把手,方便携带。
Claims (8)
1.一种外科基本技巧训练箱,其特征在于:由箱体和箱盖组成,所述箱体的内部设置有训练装置,所述训练装置包括有固定夹、训练板和血管吻合模拟器,所述固定夹安装在箱体的左侧壁和右侧壁上,固定夹上夹持有训练板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外科基本技巧训练箱,其特征在于:所述箱体的左右侧面上开设有安装固定夹用的安装孔,所述固定夹设置有连接柱,连接柱穿过安装孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的外科基本技巧训练箱,其特征在于:所述箱体的左右侧面由上至下至少设置有三排安装孔,每一排有两个对称安装孔。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的外科基本技巧训练箱,其特征在于:所述训练板和模拟血管上标示有进针点图案,结扎训练板上规律分布有易拉脱颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外科基本技巧训练箱,其特征在于:所述箱体的左右侧面分别开通有长条形的通槽,所述血管吻合模拟器包括若干管夹和固定轴,管夹穿设在固定轴上,所述固定轴架设在两个通槽之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的外科基本技巧训练箱,其特征在于:所述长条形的通槽垂直开设在箱体的左右两个侧面上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的外科基本技巧训练箱,其特征在于:所述箱盖的反面设置有放置手术器械的若干个凹槽。
8.根据权利要求1所述的外科基本技巧训练箱,其特征在于:所述训练板的材料为橡胶片,模拟血管为橡胶管。
