상기 비드 코어의 타이어 경방향 외측(外側)에 배설되는 비드 필러와,
한 쌍의 상기 비드부끼리의 사이에 걸쳐 배설되는 것과 함께 상기 비드 코어의 타이어 폭 방향 내측으로부터 타이어 폭 방향 외측에 걸쳐 되접어 꺾이는 감아올림부를 가지는 1매(枚)의 카커스와,
상기 카커스의 상기 감아올림부와 상기 비드 필러와의 사이에 배설되는 보강층
을 구비하고,
상기 카커스는, 상기 감아올림부의 단부(端部)가 상기 벨트층의 타이어 경방향 내측에서, 또한, 상기 벨트층의 타이어 폭 방향에 있어서의 내측의 영역에 배치되고,
상기 비드 필러는, 타이어 경방향에 있어서의 외측 단부와, 상기 비드부의 비드 힐부와의 거리가 타이어 단면 높이의 20% 이상 40% 이하의 범위 내(內)이고,
상기 보강층은, 타이어 경방향에 있어서의 외측 단부가, 상기 비드 필러의 타이어 경방향에 있어서의 외측 단부보다도 타이어 경방향 외측에서, 또한, 타이어 최대 폭 위치의 타이어 경방향에 있어서의 위치보다도 타이어 경방향 내측에 위치하고, 타이어 경방향에 있어서의 내측 단부가, 상기 비드 코어보다도 타이어 경방향 외측에 위치하고,
상기 사이드 월부는, 60℃에서의 tanδ가 0.04 이상 0.10 이하의 범위 내가 되는 사이드 고무에 의하여 형성되고,
상기 사이드 고무 또는 림 쿠션 고무와, 상기 카커스의 상기 감아올림부와의 사이에는, 20℃에서의 JIS 경도가 70 이상 85 이하의 범위 내에서, 60℃에서의 tanδ가 0.06 이상 0.12 이하의 범위 내의 고무로 이루어지는 사이드 보강층이 배설되어 있고,
상기 사이드 보강층은, 두께가 0.5mm 이상 2.0mm 이하의 범위 내에서 형성되고, 상기 타이어 최대 폭 위치를 포함하는 위치에 배치되어 있는,
것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강층은, 상기 보강층의 상기 외측 단부와 상기 비드 필러의 상기 외측 단부와의 거리가 5mm 이상 15mm 이하의 범위 내인 공기입 타이어. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보강층은, 스틸로 이루어지는 보강 코드를 가지고,
상기 보강 코드는, 선재(線材)의 지름이 0.20mm 이상 0.30mm 이하의 범위 내이고,
상기 보강층은, 50mm당의 상기 보강 코드의 주입 개수가 35개 이상 45개 이하의 범위 내인 공기입 타이어. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보강층은, 20℃에서의 JIS 경도가 85 이상 95 이하의 범위 내에서, 60℃에서의 tanδ가 0.12 이상 0.20 이하의 범위 내의 고무에 의하여 형성되는 공기입 타이어. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 비드 필러는, 상기 공기입 타이어의 자오 단면에 있어서의 단면적이 110mm2 이상 160mm2 이하의 범위 내인 공기입 타이어. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 트레드부는, 트레드면을 형성하는 캡 고무와, 상기 캡 고무의 타이어 경방향 내측에 위치하는 베이스 고무를 가지고,
상기 베이스 고무는, 20℃에서의 JIS 경도가 75 이상 81 이하의 범위 내에서, 60℃에서의 tanδ가 0.14 이상 0.22 이하의 범위 내인 공기입 타이어. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 사이드 고무는, 두께의 최소치 Dm이 1.0mm≤Dm≤3.5mm의 범위 내인 공기입 타이어. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 타이어 단면 높이는, 110mm 이상 170mm 이하의 범위 내이고,
편평비가 55 이상인 공기입 타이어.
